The hotel was excellent in every aspect. Our room boasted a stunning sea view, and the facilities were quite new, making for a very comfortable stay. As a couple, we opted for the half-board package, and the breakfast and dinner spreads were extensive, enjoyed in a beautiful restaurant setting. The hotel also has its own private beach, perfect for snorkeling; we had so much fun seeing all the fish!
The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or from housekeeping. When we wanted a slightly later check-out, the front desk kindly registered us as members, allowing us to extend our check-out time to 2 PM. We also requested extra bath towels, and they were delivered to our room with just one phone call.
At the restaurant, staff proactively asked about drinks, offering a wide selection of juices, sodas, beer, wine, and more. My husband ordered a beer, but I initially declined a cold drink. Amusingly, three different servers then came to ask me if I'd like anything to drink! Haha, such incredibly attentive service!
All in all, the Crowne Plaza Hotel is truly wonderful, and we'll definitely be back!
