The Bayview Hotel Guam Reviews

Overall stay at the Guam Bayview Hotel was pleasant for my family of four including two boys. Having an outdoor pool was the best part about the hotel for my children. I would rate the hotel higher but the sound barriers are poorly constructed. I am little noise conscious. Thank you Trip.com for assisting with the airline ticket and room reservation, which made my trip much easier.

Hada great stay in this hotel. It is walking distance to the mall area, and ABC. Rooms are big. It offers nice view of the sunset and the beach area.

I’ve stayed here several times already. This time around was great as well as they accommodated my request for a high floor. There are some gripes with our room though. There was a nasty sticky red residue on the floor between our twin beds under the security safe tabletop overlooked by too service. Also our AC for our room was freezing and the room was hot. The TV remote was also dead. I tried calling reception via the room phone but could not reach. I had to call via my cell phone to reach them. They were able to have a tech come in and change the batteries. I also informed him at the time of the AC. He restarted the AC but to no avail after some time. They were able to relocate us to a room a few doors down. The new room was much better and up to expectations of what I’ve had the past few visits. This time however, we did not get the usual free 2 bottles of water in either room. Not sure if it is no longer included but something to think about on the next visit. Upon check out, one staff at the reception tried to charge me once more when I had already paid via Trip.com. She was also asking me why rent fee was cheaper than normal and I had to inform her about the trip.com reward discounts I had used. She was corrected by another staff and I was good to go after they refunded my security deposit. Overall, another pleasant experience but not without some gripes here and there. The pricing for the room and the service from staff and tech was very well worth it. Will definitely stay again. Hopefully a better experience next time.

The walls were thin and the foreigners kept playing music all night long like a club.

The price is cheaper than Dirn Hotel and the location is good. Since Guam is old and there are many hotels with outdated facilities, I didn't want to stay in an expensive hotel because I thought the quality of the hotel was low compared to the price, but the price was just right and the facilities weren't bad, and although the pool was a little small, the view was good, so I was satisfied. Of course, it is a bit far from the shopping center, but it is easily walkable. There is an ABC store 3 minutes away and Tumon Beach is also close by. Except for one cockroach during our stay, everything else was perfect.

The hotel is located near Tumon Bay and has a swimming pool, sky bar, restaurant, etc., but unfortunately I haven't used the hotel facilities these days! The service at the front desk was very friendly, asking where to buy high-quality products and helping to contact the airline. If you want to go to the beach, it is recommended to enter from the Westin Hotel!

The breakfast is good. The service staff is also very nice. It is located in the second-line sea view. The room is large. It is not very new. There is a connecting beam, which is a bit afraid of heights. Parking is free

I stayed here for 3 nights while in Guam. It was closer to the center than I expected, just a short walk away. It's true that the uphill climb on the way back is a bit difficult for the elderly and small children, but my 4-year-old seemed to be fine with it. The cost performance is high because the location is not near the beach and it is quite cheap 👍 The room was spacious and the view from the balcony was amazing 😀

If I ever travel to Guam again, I don't want to stay at the Bayview Hotel. The floor was damp, the veranda window didn't open, and I had an uncomfortable night due to the humidity. Room service wasn't very good either, so when I asked for towels and other necessary items, they were delivered too late... I don't want to go there again.
