Otonashi No Sato Wataze Onsen & Cottage

The 5-person cabin was smaller than expected. Luckily, the four of us booked two rooms, otherwise, it would have been incredibly cramped. Jingxiang Cabin is like a holiday village, where only the bedroom has heating. But since the cabin is small, it was fine. Also, there are no shower facilities inside the cabin because it has a central onsen. The central onsen closes at 9 PM, so we were glad we chose to soak before dinner. (This isn't unique; all onsen ryokans operate this way.)

The bathing area provided by the cabin is good, which can relieve the fatigue of a day of hiking. However, the most terrifying thing was that a large centipede was found in the room. It took a long time to kill it. It had strong vitality. I was scared to death. The hotel did not give any explanation.

The room was clean and tidy, and the public hot spring bath was fantastic.

It was helpful that BBQ grills and charcoal were provided free of charge.

It should be noted that the front desk is not together with the cabin, but below, along a hillside path, through the parking lot, the hot spring and the front desk are in the same place.

There are few restaurants near the hotel. You can go to the hot springs when staying in the hotel. Although the facilities are very old, it is really comfortable to take a bath after hiking! ! The front desk can't speak English but the service attitude is very good, it is still worth recommending

There is no hot water in the room, and there is no place to take a shower. The front desk for check-in is not in the same room as the room, so it is not easy to find. The hotel has a hot spring, and the hot spring is pretty good.
