Hotel De' la Ferns, Cameron Highlands Reviews

This is our 2nd stay at de la fern. Last stay was in 2019. We stayed in a triplicate room. The room was clean. Suitable for us, 2 adults with 3 kids. The breakfast choice was good. The hotel location is also good. In the middle between Tanah rata and Brinchang. Pleasant stay.

Easy to Parking because got free car park.. nice restaurant near to hotel.. no need to drive.. we book 1 unit room for family.. beside the cleaner room.. so can hear cleaners kena marah by their supervisor.. also terkejut sebab ada cleaner di balkoni luar.. without early info.. receptionist mesra dan give us free cactus in pot.. Overall ok

After check in room. Noticed about 6 to 7 cockroaches crawling around the kettle area. Immediately asked to change to different room. Everything is OK. Hotel is near the forest quite cooling. Service at the breakfast is excellent. Make our days so good.

Awesome hotel to visit. 3 family members like the room. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good . We enjoyed 2 nights stay and nearby steamboat is not bad for dinner .

Very good hotels and strategic place .

As a married couple with one year old child, we have a tremendously great experience here! When we arrive, the staff help us to take our things to our room. The room also great except there's no white lamp, all is like a dim lamp which give us such a romantic vibes good for anniversary trip(but its hard for me to get ready when there's only a dim lamp at night) And also quite noise at night, bcs its so near to the main road. We went to cameron centrum at night and come back hotel when its raining, the staff wait for us with the umbrella to take us to hotel which is so warm. The food is so delicious, i love the croissant so much!! it make us remembered the taste, would come here again!! Also i impressed, netflix is accessable (others will need us to use our own acc but this hotel is ready). If we leave the review they will give us free cactus which is so cute 😆 Love so much !! This hotel deserve all 4.9 stars/5

I am satisfied with all the services at the hotel. I definitely will stay here again for the next holiday. the cleanliness is very good even in the toilet. The breakfast was variety and the environment is also very calm and peaceful even the traffic at Cameron is was worst.
