It's an old, trendy hotel, but it was well maintained and felt good. The swimming pool looked clean, seeing as there were people using it, but the breakfast wasn't a bit plentiful like a typical Moroccan hotel. The location is in the medina, so it's good.. The reception is guarded by elderly people, so it's not as fast as young people ^^

After the online payment was successful, the hotel said it had not received the money and asked me to pay again. It said it would refund me later, but there was no feedback at all for more than 20 days.

Very nice hotel! The nearby souk is accessible on foot. The staff is very caring (a big thank you to Khadija the receptionist who was adorable and very smiling). We had a great stay and we will be back!

Hotel not at all up to the price I paid, room not in accordance with my reservation, miserable breakfast, incompetent service since they employ young interns, when I arrived I did not find towels in my room you had to ask for them twice to finally get them at midnight. Not to mention the half-hour wait at reception without the slightest smile. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.
