I got this hotel as part of a package, so I'm not sure about the price of the room. The hotel is quite big and not exactly new. The style as a bit like back in the 1990's. My room was rather big and relatively comfortable. The bathroom was clean and there were some bath products. Unfortunately, the hotel is located on a small street between two main streets, so it was very noisy until late in the night. Without the noise, the location was good. there are several shops and restaurants nearby, as well as the beach. I liked the breakfast buffet with some nice local flavours.

This hotel is located right on the corner of the corniche, offering views of the Atlantic Ocean, which is definitely one of its strongest features. The reception team were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. While the room could benefit from a refresh, it met my basic needs: a comfortable bed, central air conditioning, and a spacious bathroom equipped with a bidet. A notable highlight was the shower—being on the 4th floor, the water pressure was excellent. Breakfast, however, was very average and quite basic, so I chose to eat out on all but one morning. In terms of value, the hotel is not moderately priced and does not quite align with the standard of the 4-star properties I usually stay in. That said, it fulfilled my needs for a comfortable and conveniently located stay.

This was one of the most humiliating experiences my family has ever faced. After a long and tiring trip, we arrived at the hotel only to face a temporary issue with my credit card. I explained calmly that it was a technical problem and that we could easily fix it the next morning at my bank agency. Any professional, humane hotel would’ve understood but instead, the staff treated us like thieves. One receptionist actually turned to the other and said, "I’m going now, do you know how to handle him?” as if I were some kind of problem to “handle.” The other one went as far as confiscating my belongings and accusing us of not having money in the bank. Their tone was cold, demeaning, and full of arrogance, with absolutely no respect for us as guests. They refused to wait until the morning so I could go to my bank. Instead, they pushed our entire family tired, frustrated, and shocked out of the hotel, forcing us to walk all together to the bank agency under the rain. Imagine the scene: a whole family, suitcases in hand, sent out into the street like criminals over a simple card error. And here’s the most ironic part: after all that humiliation, once the payment was finally completed, they suddenly changed their attitude — clearly embarrassed by how wrong they had been. But by then, the damage was done No empathy, no patience, no professionalism — just humiliation. This hotel should be ashamed of the way it treats guests. If you value dignity and basic human respect, avoid this place at all costs.

The hotel is located in the center of the new area of ​​Tangier, 100 meters from the beach, 20 minutes walk from the train station and 25 from the medina, an area full of restaurants and life. Very large hotel with 80s style, 24 hour reception, convenient underground parking for a fee of 50 dirhams per day, it has a swimming pool, good breakfast, a restaurant, disco and bar. The room and bathroom are medium sized, clean but with 80s wooden furniture, everything is very clean, it has a TV, safe and excellent wifi. Recommended hotel even if not cheap

The worst stay of my life! I don't even know where to start! The owner (Spaniard) is haughty and disrespectful: He made it clear to us that his Spanish customers are more important than us locals. In addition, he refused to reimburse us so that we could look elsewhere since he insisted on the insane and unfair ban on the Burkini! What is his argument? The burkini is not hygienic. Ah because the dirt that floats on the surface of the water and the big, sweaty men who dive straight in without going through the shower, that's cleanliness in their home. Well, Mr. Little Spaniard who comes to get rich in my country: Moroccans have nothing to learn from you, especially when it comes to cleanliness! If you don't want a burkini in your pool, write it loud and clear on your reservations pages, along with "your strong and attractive points". Then see how much your turnover will drop. And a four star you say? I won't give it more than 2 and then again! They're really not worth the price. There isn't even a coffee station or iron in the room and you can clearly see the mold in the bathtub tiles. The tiles on the edges of the swimming pool are in poor condition, the garden furniture is dirty and neglected. On the other hand, the garden is well maintained (hats off to the gardener). No swimming pool after 6 p.m., and it is open to the public during the weekend, full to capacity! There is also incredible noise at night: disco and restaurant party until 3 a.m.! Impossible to close my eyes beforehand. And speaking of the restaurant, exorbitant prices await you if you set foot there! Don't go there! You can enjoy yourself elsewhere for much less :) I still give one star for the kind and welcoming staff.

Pésimo trato en la terraza por parte de un encargado, nos cobra mal las consumiciones y no nos devuelve el dinero, y coincidiendo con el partido Marruecos-Haití fuimos a la terraza, nos exigieron una consumición mínima de 15 euros por persona sin previo aviso y como no aceptamos nos echaron de muy malas maneras delante de todo el mundo. La vergüenza que pasamos fue mayúscula. El personal de recepción fue amable y entendió nuestro descontento y aunque pedimos hablar con un responsable este nunca apareció. No volveremos a este hotel

Hotel 4 étoiles avec spa dans la propriété. Gestion approximative du spa. Pas très bien organisé. Discothèque collée à l'établissement et, acoustique horrible. Impossible de se reposer jusqu'à 4h30 du matin tellement la musique allait fort, chaque nuit. Petit déjeuner sans plus. Aliments secs et sans goûts. Par contre, superbe localisation car près de la plage. A ne pas refaire

☹️ HOTEL IS NIET GESCHIKT VOOR MOSLIMS! Je wordt geweigerd aan de zwembad, omdat je een hoofddoek hebt. Je mag absoluut niet zwemmen. Het hotel beschikt over een discotheek en serveert alcohol. Daarnaast vond er dagelijks tot middernacht een festival plaats met zeer harde muziek. De ramen zijn dun en sluiten niet volledig, waardoor ook het verkeersgeluid uit Tanger goed hoorbaar is. Voor gasten die op zoek zijn naar rust is dit hotel niet geschikt. De kamer rook sterk naar sigaretten, kennelijk mag er gewoon binnen gerookt worden. Er zijn meerdere kakkerlakken in het hotel aangetroffen. De parkeergarage was een groot drama. Er moet vooraf betaald worden, maar er is totaal geen overzicht of er voldoende plekken beschikbaar zijn. Meerdere keren waren er geen parkeerplaatsen beschikbaar. Eén keer werd na veel gedoe een extreem smalle plek toegewezen, waarbij mijn bumper beschadigd raakte. Het personeel vond dat de auto er ‘gewoon’ in kon, maar dat was absoluut niet realistisch. Het personeel, inclusief de manager, was onbeleefd en gaf de indruk geen respect te hebben voor moslims. Dit hotel wordt dan ook ten zeerste afgeraden

Es asqueroso. El lugar está lleno de insectos, huele fatal y el cocinero huele a sudor. Estaba dormido, y cuando lo despertamos para que nos hiciera la pizza, empezó a hacerla sin lavarse las manos ni usar guantes. Es realmente asqueroso

Tout le staff est professionne tjs à l'écoute, commençant par Mr le directeur (merci pour le geste symbolique) ainsi l'équipe de la réception, restauration à savoir :Mr YASSIN , ADIL, LA FORMIDABLE SALMA AVEC SON SOURIRE MAGNIFIQUE ET LES AUTRES FILLES , MR MESTAPHA ET SA PRÉSENCE MATINALE JOURNALIÈRE sans oublier les efforts des femmes de ménage .*

酒店位置很好。距海邊就一兩百米。各種設施比較齊全。就是游泳池6點就停止游泳，💪🏾不是十分的合理。晚上歌舞演奏的時間也太晚。
