We had paid by credit card in February 2020 for our April 2020 stay at Dar Souran. Due to Covid they were closed, which of course I understood. However, I've been trying to get my money back, of which they kept promising me a refund. I've received nothing and they are not replying to my emails. Do not prepay for your room in case they close again, they won't refund your money even when they say they will! Very disappointed.
