衞生不行，設施老破舊，服務還行，但是不夠周到，不想華住，低於華住別的標準，當然我運氣不行，看到4.8的評分定的，我感覺最多3.9分，提前定的酒店，高級大，還是貴的房間，凌晨2點辦的入住給了個自帶60分貝的房間，凌晨3點要求換房間，換了個電梯口，洗衣機房旁邊，主幹道的房間，問就是沒房了，我也是鉑金會員，提前定了，也沒説沒房了，哎，怪我運氣差，睡了幾個小時，吃早餐，早晨結束的也很早，結果9點去，什麼都沒有，奶都是問着要，拿袋給我的，哎，怕我給差評，走的時候給很多禮物，我沒有收，不想自己的問題，就後面給，我踏馬睡5個小時，還沒睡好，哎

服務態度很好啦，下次入住還會選擇這一家，需要送什麼東西機器人都能很快送上來但是不知道為什麼房間裏浴室兩瓶都是沐浴露，在一個連鎖酒店不應該出現這個問題，並且洗衣房的洗衣液空瓶了也沒有人來換新或者補充

環境：房間很大，還有一個小露台沙發可以和朋友坐着吃東西很方便。但是隔音一般，可以聽到隔壁情侶的一些不雅聲音，體驗感不好。
設施：很新很不錯，乾濕分離做得很好
服務：尚可，早餐樣式少了一點不過味道還ok
衞生：我朋友居住第二天起了疹子本人沒事，有一定概率是跟衞生有關係，希望酒店多多改善

正常全季水準，房間面積挺大的，但是房間內廁所的垃圾桶太臟了……外緣一圈棕色的污漬……房間沒有護髮素，需要打電話讓機器人送

房間寬敞，公區整潔，遇到所有人員都有五星酒店服務意識，前台美女帥哥服務意識也好，帥哥小魯臨走幫把行李送上車，十分服務到位。
