酒店緊鄰主道，噪音較大，周邊相當空曠。
入門保安很熱情，前台無表情甚至冷漠，本想加個早餐，無奈人家僅告知訂單不含早，好像佔了很大便宜。
走廊漆黑一片，好像忘了開燈，點了外賣客房直接送到房間，很感謝。
總體感覺，沒有温度的酒店，辜負投資方的期望值。

美中不足：
酒店西側緊靠京撫線（也叫豐美大道），大貨車晝夜川流不息，行車還常按氣喇叭，噪音太大了，房間窗户一點都不隔音，嚴重影響睡眠。
睡眠不好的慎重！！！

有泳池可以游泳，需要早去，晚上十點結束，我們就點去的，就開始往裡放水了，水就涼了，離國道很近，對睡眠有高要求的慎選，整個晚上都能聽到大車在路上跑，瓶裝水就兩瓶，再要需要花錢，3元一瓶，早餐還可以，要早去，不然有些食品也會沒有的。

位置比較偏，離唐山市中心有20多公里。
馬路邊上全是送貨的大卡車，噪聲極大，儘量不要選馬路邊上的房間。
可能在這辦喜事的人比較多，早上6點開始就鞭炮聲不斷持續到晚上。
最差的就是餐廳的服務。吃的慢了一點，到了收餐的時間。服務員不是來提醒要收餐了，而是直接過來把正在吃的盤子收走。不説服務，都沒有對人起碼的尊重。

參加親戚婚禮，入住的酒店，有被驚艷到。二層餐廳餐品很好，質量較高；攜程積分兑換水果，沒有敷衍，比較不錯；地下洗浴可以泡澡、按摩、游泳，值得推薦！最驚艷的，還有一週天氣預報，準不準的不説，就這個服務，確實不錯！很好的體驗。
