The room is cozy and clean, with suitable room sized for two. We have a comfortable 1 night staying in this hotel. For those we driving car here, can park by the road infront of the hotel without any changes. Overall recommended for short stay!

Very good experience staying at Citadines, nice environment. But there is an issue where the firing alarm since happen frequently, and the smoke ventilator will be running with very loud noise, which affect my sleep although actually there is no smoke present.

Fantastic staycation so far! Booked room with a kitchen and the room is so spacious. Location is strategic as it’s just 10 mins away from Gurney and approximately 15 mins to Georgetown. Room are super clean and well maintained as its just opened recent year. Will definitely book here again when I’m in Penang!

The room is spotless and spacious enough for a single person. The check-in process was smooth. While the hotel doesn’t have many food options nearby, calling Grab is convenient, affordable, and quick. The hotel is modern, clean, and reasonably priced. It’s about a 15-minute Grab ride to Downtown, but the hotel’s price is significantly lower than the prices in the DT area. 10/10 recommend.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and once again the service was exceptional! The staff were warm, attentive, and consistently helpful throughout my visit. The location is also perfect, conveniently situated between Gurney Bay and Batu Ferringhi, making it easy to explore both areas. The hotel also offers a convenient grab-and-go breakfast, available for collection at the Level 2 front desk. Highly recommended!

The hotel is newly opened. It is clean and spacious. But the cafe is still under construction. The check in staff is friendly and flexible. You can park the car along the road in front of the hotel. It is near to main road where you can walk to the food court and Island plaza. The studio with kitchen is amazing. The room is separated by the tv cabinet. It makes me feel like home. The gym is clean and sea view too. It has a lot of equipment. The swimming just next to the gym. But the indoor swimming pool is not big enough if there is a lot of people. The is a coin washer and dryer that you can use too. They all are located at 15th floor. All the staff are helpful and friendly. We will be back again .

I stayed alone for one day before moving into the apartment. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I asked if I could switch to a queen bed since I was alone, and they kindly upgraded me to a higher-floor room with a great view! I even managed to go for a morning swim before checking out — the pool was a saltwater pool instead of the usual chlorinated kind, which totally reminded me of the pools in Australia.
My only minor complaint was the door-slamming noise from the neighbours.
