Not well maintain curtain torn/worn off, bed broken, washing mc out of order, room key old fashioned type, towels smelling. Only can upload photo but cannot upload videos. In fact I take a few videos more visible on issues.

The WiFi and the TV were not working for few days and the reason is unknown , no hot water . Service was really bad overall

Everything is good..the room is clean and comfortable, the view is beautiful. The beach is behind the resort. Only the elevator had a big problem. It was too slow, and we waited 20 minutes but still couldn't go down. Full of people. We had to use the stairs to go down to the 15th floor.

No Parking For Customer hotel..... Parking n charge !!!! Cannot support this hotel to all trip for business and family trip 2 Service counter is not good for customers.

Good location. Nice beach view. Clean and comfortable. Services can improve. Do not make room unless by request of guest only to ensure privacy and two way agreed communication thank you.
