This apartment is located in the Island Plaza shopping mall ( now known as Island 88?). Its has a supermarket and lots of eateries. The apartment is clean, well supplied with towels, bedding and toiletries. There is a water dispenser negating the need to buy drinking water. Every thing works and there are ample instructions on how to operate their equipment. It even has a baby chair and some toys. The host is very helpful and very keen to ensure that we have an enjoyable stay, messaging us mid way thru our 6 night stay. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay, from check in to check out, and would seek to return when we are in Penang next.

Very satisfied with the room. The manager explained the check-in process very clearly. I would book again next time. (The only minor issue was that the towels were dirty and had quite a few small black ants.)
