"The hotel is newly opened. It is clean and spacious. But the cafe is still under construction. The check in staff is friendly and flexible. You can park the car along the road in front of the hotel. It is near to main road where you can walk to the food court and Island plaza. The studio with kitchen is amazing. The room is separated by the tv cabinet. It makes me feel like home. The gym is clean and sea view too. It has a lot of equipment. The swimming just next to the gym. But the indoor swimming pool is not big enough if there is a lot of people. The is a coin washer and dryer that you can use too. They all are located at 15th floor. All the staff are helpful and friendly. We will be back again ."

"Cleanliness is an issue - mold on the blind, dirty skirting, shampoo stain on the floor, white stain on the toiletries rack. The building overall including the parking requires further maintenance. Disliked the act of calling at around 1130am asking for your check out time - what is the point of asking other than signalling you it is almost time and should be done ASAP. The only thing which we appreciated most - bellboy was very helpful and immediately assisted with our luggage."

The check in is fast . The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious. But you can hear the sound of vehicles in the night. The WiFi connection is not stable. The gym has sea views. The equipment is not variable. There is a swimming pool besides the gym. The pool is kids friendly. The is a nice beach area. The breakfast is not varied but have a relaxing atmosphere."

"this hotel is good overall, but when we arrived, they told us that we didn't have a booking with them and they couldn't locate our booking and details. the room was also said to be taken, and they are waiting for a cancellation in order to get our room. There is a lot of confusion among staff. some visitors were told to leave their rooms once they have entered. we waiting 1 hr 30 min to get our room. so check in was at 4.30pm. parking was also very inconvenient, as we had to park at the basement, which was impossible to even get one if you came into the hotel late and a T&G card was also needed to get validated before leaving the hotel if we wanted a free spot. Room was very spacious and clean. the tea and coffee was hard like its never been changed."

Suitable for individuals and families to relax and calm their minds. The staff are all very nice and helpful. There was something bad happened (in terms of cleanliness), but the helpful staff managed to handle the issue well. I will definitely come again to stay here."

"Arrived around 2pm and checked inn was smooth. Got room on 2nd floor but its sokay. Room in good condition although was old style. The aircond in room need to service but in living room was okay. Theres a mamak stall and steambot restaurant walking distance in front of main road. Overall was a fine stay"
