"The location of the hotel is excellent, the bus stop and a food center with delicious food is just across the road. I like the large and spacious room in the junior suite with a nice view from the balcony. The pool was always packed with kids, no chance to try it out. The breakfast had a good variety, and I missed the masala teh tarik. We had a bit of a hiccup with check in, the suite room was not ready at 3.45pm, all fully paid in advance, we were told to wait till 4.30pm with no guarantee, we almost wanted to change the hotel, the manager resolved it in the end."

"The room was good; not luxurious, but it met all basic needs, including USB outlets which saved me the hassle of not having an adapter. Cleaning was prompt and thorough. The staff were quite welcoming, and there was a young lady at the front desk who spoke some Chinese. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but there was enough to fill up. The pool water was clean, and they vacuumed it daily. There was a performance on Friday night. The beach is nice for a stroll, but I wouldn't recommend swimming in the sea. They have their own mini-mart, and if you turn right out of the hotel, there's a FamilyMart. A 10-minute walk will get you to restaurants, bars, and a small, not-too-busy shopping complex. Turning left, you'll find more restaurants, and a 15-minute walk leads to a food court, supermarket, and various shops. There's a bus stop right outside, and taxis are easy to get. It's about a 40-minute ride to George Town and Penang Hill, and around 50 minutes to the airport."

"The hotel is seriously poorly maintained. I had been facing a few situations 1. The AC blower in the room was loose and noisy. The maintenance team came and check , and confirmed that it was abnormal and something is loose causing the noise. I requested for a change of room. It was around 5pm the day I checked in. However, the front desk only contacted me for room change after 830pm which my kid was already asleep due to tiredness. I decided not to change the room 2. Poor cleanliness all around. I can see hairs on the floor when I checked in 3. The tap on the sink in the toilet was not in good condition too. It was splashing water , not like normal water flow 4. During second day morning , we went out at 11am, switching on “pls clean my room”. After we came back at 530pm, room was not cleaned. Need to call front desk twice to get some replenishment It is just overall very unpleasant experience. Definitely not going to stay there anymore"
