A wonderful holiday at hotel Baia Delle Sirene. We were taken care of so well by the staff - and a special thank you to Lucia, who made breakfast time so special - including making a wonderful home-made treat for my daughter. We can’t wait to come back - Grazie Mille x

The service at this hotel was frankly awful. I contacted them prior to my stay to enquire about parking at the property, to which they replied that there was no parking, and we would need to park at one of the 2 car parks in town. Both car parks were a 45 minute walk away, down 300 steps. Once we arrived at the hotel, there was a car park outside. They had the audacity to ask if we would like to park there for €15. We were absolutely furious. Really poor service. They also neglected to inform us the cable car was out of action, so walking was our only option. The hotel was reasonably clean I guess, but very dated, and the air con doesn't work.

I stayed at this hotel for a week in October. Our room had one plug which was in an awkward place to get to behind the TV so we had to move the table to get to the plug. There was another plug but when we tried to use it the plug came apart! The plugs didn't work to start with so we asked staff who told us that we need to switch the light on for it to work which we were never told on check in. There was no bar at the hotel to go to in the evening. When complaining to staff about the electrics in our room we had to ask twice for someone to look at it! The hotel location was nice with good views over the sea but the hotel is a little dated and could do with some attention. There was a train near the hotel which we had to get used to as we could hear it every night when asleep. For someone who is a light sleeper this could keep them awake.

The hotel is excellent; clean; friendly staff - with a horrible entrance for one arriving by car! The road (supposedly two way) is very, very narrow and goes straight down a hill by the sea. One in the hotel you have to leave your car since one must walk to the cable car which takes you to the center of Taormina.......which, even in September, was full of tourists. The restaurants were also tourist traps - high prices, very poor service. I had been to Taormina years ago and did not remember ethat it was this bad. Never again!

Only positive thing is the location and every thing mentioned about room & breakfast are false. Sorry to write a negative statement due to the way they are cheating the people. I had given one star since there is no possibility to give MINUS 5 (-5). I had never seen a worst breakfast in my life and such little quantities (5 cherry fruit, 1 piece watermelon etc...) and no buffet using covid excuse ! And they started by giving a tiny room for 2 persons even though I had paid a heavy price for a large room with a double bed. REAL CHEATING and PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL.

Beautiful old hotel in the Baroque style. Hearty breakfast and excellent coffee on the panoramic terrace. Green setting. Only downside access to the beach. the re-entry into the water has the dangerous limit. We would have to redo the landing stage and cut the canes to get more sun at the end of the afternoon. The reception was superb and very challenging with good advice

Sono rimasto deluso dalla mia recente visita a questa struttura. Le stanze erano davvero piccole e il bagno un po' maleodorante, sull'asciugamano del bidet in regalo c'era anche un pelo bello lungo. La cosa più deludente è stata la colazione che dovrebbe essere garantita fino alle 10:30 ma già alle 9:45 non ho trovato quasi più nulla. Uniche note positive sono state la vista dal terrazzo e il concierge che ci ha accolto al check in.
