Chuto Plaza Hotel

Room was 9th floor of B building. Probably there is air conditioning system on the roof. System noise can be listening all over the night with vibration from the ceiling. Others conditions are moderate.

Very convenient and I really the ambiance and specially the free breakfast 🥰🥰🥰

This hotel has 4 buildings, the room is big and the amenities are good. Its gym and swimming pool and breakfast area can accommodate a big tour group.

10mins from Taoyuan Train station, 30mins from Gloria Premium Outlet. Hotel is clean and service is good.

I stayed in this very beat up hotel for one night instead of my original 4 nights stay. The Hallway lights are dim and with a lot of stuff making the passage way narrow to walk through making it pretty scary like you’re in a ******* house during the ghost month in Taipei. The Bathtub and the sink are deteriorated extremely bad. Mini blinds in the shower room is dirty, blended, rusted and is not functioning. Walls are covered with dusts. Room stinks of with sewerage odors. The refurbished room that I was staying has unfinished flooring without molding covering the gaps along all the walls. There are 2 inches wide gap by the entrance door in the bottom. Booked from trip.com for a 2 full beds for 3 people on 5th floor- 12th floor. Ending up with a 2 queen beds on the 2nd floor with all the above issues mentioned in building B and C. Only willing to switch my room within these two buildings on the 2nd floor. Which is not the room I originally requested thru trip.com. The hotel host refused to change my room to 2 full beds on the 5th floor in building A claiming those types of rooms are for double occupancy only and it limited my choice of rooms within the second floor, I checked out the next day without any compensation. Paid $492 US dollars for 4 nights of those crabby rooms is absolutely a ripoff.

Nice stay, room was huge and more than I needed. Breakfast buffet was mid, you can skip it get much better local breakfast around.
