Really recomend this hotel!!
You really outdid yourselves โ initially! ๐
We brought our kids, expecting a peaceful night's sleep after some singing, but it turned out everyone else was here to party! I'm literally typing this because the noise is keeping me wide awake.
If you're going to accommodate party-goers, couldn't you at least inform family guests like us that it might be noisy until the early hours? Forget about noise control!
As I'm typing this, it's 3:30 AM, and next door, they're not just singing but also running around wildly, with heavy bass and thumping footsteps. I genuinely thought that if they accept regular overnight guests like us, they'd have confident soundproofing!
Please just tell everyone directly: parties are welcome, but if you want to sleep, don't bother coming! This is no place for a peaceful night's rest! This is how I felt at 3 AM.
P.S. After calling to complain around 3 AM, they actually managed to resolve the situation successfully. It quieted down within half an hour. That was impressive!
Then, after waking up at 10 AM, we went for breakfast. There were three main course options: steak, large prawns, and an omelet. All three were delicious! ๐ The steak, in particular, was restaurant quality!
The buffet's beef soup was tasty, and although the selection wasn't huge, everything was to our liking! The jar salads were especially appealing.
There was a nice interlude: a manager came to apologize for the poor sleep quality last night and offered us a complimentary chef's dessert. We truly felt the high standard of service! Thumbs up! ๐
The main thing is: my kids said they slept wonderfully last night and the bed was super comfortable. My wife said that even though she heard some noise, she also slept very comfortably! It just goes to show how excellent the beds are. โบ๏ธ
As a result, my children insisted we give it 5 stars because they slept well, ate well, and had so much fun singing! ๐ฅณ So, it went from a one-star experience to a five-star one! โบ๏ธ
This level of service truly transformed what could have been an unpleasant experience into a comfortable one. It's truly exceptional!
I stayed at the Benz hotel for a 4 day shopping and foodie trip at the end of February 2026 and it turned out to be a gem. I arrived late around 23:00 and was greeted by a friendly staff that had my room ready. I had just taken a short 18 minute walk to the hotel from the A22 Laojie River Station where I arrived on the direct blue commuter train from the airport. At first I could not find the Benz hotel entrance, but after asking for directions I was pointed to the front desk of the Bentley hotel where on the wall behind the desk clerks are both hotel names, Bentley and Benz. When I had booked the room the Bentley was offered at a slightly higher cost, and seeing I was on a budget trip alone, I booked the Benz. After checking in, I was directed to the Benz hotel elevator around the corner of the front desk. Further down are the elevators for the Bentley, here is the noticeable difference between the two hotels, The Benz is one elevator approximately 3 feet by 6 feet, and the Bentley has 2 very large beautiful elevators. When I got to my room I did my normal checks for bugs, cleanliness and non-smell. All had passed with flying colors. The room was great with amenities and plenty in size. The bed was firm but not hard, the TV was hard to hear when the AC was running but besides those things it's a great deal and place to stay. The breakfast was outstanding. Healthy, fresh and hot and a new menu each day. It was more in the asian style and not like your western style, which I much prefer. The coffee machine was perfect and the selection of food was abundant. Overall I would stay again. Public transportation was close by, Taxi, Trains and bus stations within blocks and easy walking. The street has a lot of construction and could be rather intimidating, if you are not the type that can feel comfortable with the odd surroundings that are here.
Overall good location near MRT station, clean room and value mid tier hotel. Pleasant staff overall.
Was also weird that I was told hotel appears to have strict check in/check out times, and does not have late checkout policy (even when offered to pay for late check out till late afternoon). Was told that 1 hour extension will also be at full day rate.
Overall pleasant stay. Thank you.
Relatively small room while compared with nearby hotels. Noise isolation needs to be improved, often being disturbed by other rooms. A non-smoking room with smoke got into our room. Someone smoked in another room even triggered a fire alarm, ridiculous!!
This internet cafe-style e-sports hotel doesn't even have the most basic instant noodles. The towels are stained. The computer equipment is OK, but the bed is too soft and my back hurts so much I can't stand it. Breakfast is a main course that can be eaten in two bites. The buffet is not very good, but it has basic bread, eggs, and sausage.
The hotel offers parking for both motorcycles and cars. The elevator requires a key card to access your floor. I stayed on the 10th floor this time, and the view from the window was fantastic. The room itself was simple and clean, and the bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet. Although check-in isn't until 4 PM, you can drop off your luggage beforehand. The restaurant on the second floor provides snacks and drinks until 11 PM, and breakfast is served until 11 AM the next day with a great variety of delicious options. It's a highly recommended place to stay that I'd definitely visit again.
The overall environment was very clean, and the front desk service was excellent!
โข 24-hour self-service snack area (behind the lobby on 1F): Ice cream, drinks, coffee, cookies, and instant noodles are always available. In the mornings, bread and toast are also provided. The seating area is comfortable and quiet, with some magazines available, making it a great place to relax.
โข Free massage chairs (2F): There are four massage chairs that you can use anytime.
โข Double room space: Both the room and bathroom were quite clean and spacious.
Minor drawbacks: The room window was a bit small; also, the soundproofing in the bathroom was a bit weak, as you could hear footsteps from upstairs. However, it became quieter late at night and didn't affect sleep. Overall, the minor flaws didn't detract from the experience, and I still highly recommend it!
Booked a quad room and parking wasn't included. Had to pay 200 per night for parking next door, and since we had two cars, that was an extra 800. I would've been better off booking a star-rated hotel, it would've been cheaper and included a buffet breakfast! We did get breakfast, but since it was a weekday, it wasn't a buffet. It was just a set meal and drink per person. The Americano had sugar added and the latte wasn't good. The room was a bit humid and the wallpaper had some mildew stains, but overall it was fine, no strange smells, just a strong fragrance. The curtains suddenly fell down at night, but I managed to put them back up. For four people, there wasn't enough space for our belongings or to move around. The front desk staff weren't very friendly.
The two staff members at breakfast were both excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. However, the quad room was quite small, and the large bathtub in the bathroom took up almost half of the space. There was only a small round table and one chair in the room, which felt like a bit of a letdown.

GGuest UserThis hotel was recommended to me by AI, which said it had a good rating. I was traveling alone for business, but when I booked, there were no king rooms left, so I had to settle for a twin room. To my surprise, the room was incredibly spacious โ so much so that it made me a little uneasy. There was a small incident when I checked in: my room was the very last one at the end of the hallway. Even though I went in, I just felt uncomfortable sitting in the room. As a single woman on a business trip in Taiwan, I decided to request a room change. I got a much better room closer to the elevator and more in the middle of the floor. It's only a 10-minute walk to the High-Speed Rail station and MRT station from here. Across the street, there's a Pxmart supermarket and a small noodle shop, both of which serve really tasty food. The food in the shopping mall, however, was both expensive and unappetizing.
GGuest UserHad a Very nice stay. Hotel is super clean and comfortable and staff are pleasant and helpful. Location is very conveniently located near the train station so it's easy to explore the surrounding towns. There is a huge bookstore next door which is fun for browsing and shopping. Many interesting eateries nearby especially southeast Asian cuisine. 2nd photo shows the street the hotel is on, while the 3rd photo shows the view from the room.
CCody Zhuo Yuan LeeWe ordered a triple bed room. The room was super big and so was the toilet. The toilet comes with a bath tub and one can literally play mahjong inside the toilet space. The rooms are clean and new and nice but the hotel doesn't provide any amenities like tooth brush etc. Shampoo and body wash are provided, so are bath room slippers. The receptionists and team are well trained and the lobby space is nice. Free snacks and drinks are available at the lobby.
GGuest UserVery good location
convenient
But the smell of smoke is too strong
Harmful to the health of guests
Channel 4 is not good
The quilt is too small
There is always someone who can't cover me in the middle of the night
The breakfast shop next door is good.
ๆๆ็จ่ชๆ ่กThis backpacker room uses a traditional key lock, not a key card or electronic access. You need to carry the key with you whenever you enter or exit, which is a bit inconvenient, but as long as you keep it safe, it's actually quite secure. The door lock is sturdy and turns smoothly, with no looseness or sticking.
The mattress offers good support; it's not too soft and doesn't sag. It doesn't shake when you turn over. The pillow height is just right, and the duvet is clean and odorless. Overall, I slept very comfortably and felt refreshed the next day.
The bathroom is clean and tidy. The shower has strong water pressure, and the water temperature adjusts responsively, without fluctuating between hot and cold. The drain works smoothly, with no pooling of water, making it very convenient to use overall.
GGuest UserHighly recommend hotel, the service is good and the staff of the hotel are very accommodating, Good location, it is near the train station and 20mins away from airport. many establishment that you can go for foods and stuffs. Definitely we will be back again here again.
GGuest UserThis is an excellent hotel with incredibly convenient transportation. It's just 20 meters from the subway station exit and also very close to the airport, making it easy for travelers to take the subway here right after landing. The location is super easy to find.
