Only 100 metres from the beach on the Lanterna Peninsula, Valamar Club Tamaris offers air-conditioned rooms with satellite TV and mostly with sea views. There is free Wi-Fi and free parking.
The complex features a swimming pool and a children's pool. The access to the beach is adapted for disabled people. You can work out in the fitness centre or be pampered at the spa and beauty centre.
The Tamaris' restaurant has a show kitchen and serves a rich buffet breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner accompanied by local beverages as part of the full board offer. For children under 16 years soft drinks, a lunch-time snack and ice-cream are included.
You can also dine at the Valeta à la carte restaurant while watching the sunset. The hotel also comprises an Istrian Tavern which serves late breakfast from mid June til mid September. Lunch and traditional Istrian cuisine is offered for dinner. At the Tavern, guests can sample authentic Istrian wines, cheeses and olive oil, at a surcharge. A wide selection of beverages and drinks await you at the pool bar with a terrace.
Horse Centar Lanterna, located within Valamar Club Tamaris, features an Animal Farm where children can visit different animals free of charge.
The ancient town of Poreč is 10 km from the Valamar Club Tamaris. You can venture out and explore museums and galleries housed in town palaces as well as the Euphrasian Basilica with a Byzantine mosaic. Shuttle service to the town centre via bus is available from April until October, while boat transfer there is available in June, July and August.
