Very good 4.5* AI resort with many included extras included as standard. This was our 7th visit to H10 Tindaya and 10th to Fuerteventura in 10 years. Room: We stayed in a Privilege Superior Sea View Junior Suite on an all-inclusive basis and are members of the Club H10 loyalty club at Class and Grand Class level - definitely join this programme free as you accrue points to spend as cash against you next visit etc no matter who you book with. Taxi: We pre-booked a private transfer with taxi costa calma dot com and paid the driver via credit card for €80 each way, the driver was waiting on arrival in the terminal with our name on a plaque, the very large clean new and fast people carrier took us direct to the hotel in 40 minutes on the motorway, no tolls. Recommend this option. Really Don't both waiting for you coach, other passengers and all the other hotel stops along the way (takes 1.5 hours plus the wait to leave airport) , especially after a 4 hour flight plus the overall home to hotel duration! Staff & Faculties: The permanent staff, spa facilities (steam room [best ever!] , sauna, aqua circuits, gym, indoor pool, treatment rooms, showers) kids club, daytime sports, professional evening shows, a la carte restaurant food, beach, sea - are all excellent. Gym is free. Spa is free if privilege. You need to book your spa access 1 day before in person. Spa (only) closed Sunday & Monday. Drinks: The privilege food and especially the rioja red and DOCa rose wines, bottled beers and bottled non-alcoholic lager, bottled juices and milk for the children... plus the included frexinet vintage 2019 cava at breakfast - are fantastic. Food: We loved the Alisios a la carte for breakfast daily and Route 66 USA diner and Alisios for a la carte dinner. The food quality and care by the Chef's is / are outstanding. Well done Cristina, Maria, Vanessa, Ronak, Abdel and Mo' ;) (Route 66 only closed Monday & Tuesday) The lunch buffet 1-3pm in Benticuria, was dissipating. On several occasions I tried to get fresh fish & meat cooked to our preferred style but the staff wanted us to eat that on the hot plates which had dried out. Also we tried to order fresh pasta for the children, i.e. spaghetti and seafood (i.e. mussels) but were only given plain spaghetti. We asked for mussels or any seafood to be cooked, on 2 days, it was available and labelled on the show cooking counter and the cook said no! The hotel and staff went to a huge effort for the annual bank holiday (canary islands day) on 30 May to include a: show cooking BBQ, Canarian wine tasting, Pool foam music party and inflatable slides, fabulous evening acrobatic Circus and magic live show etc! Well done Rebekah, Jacky, Fernando & Daisy! :) Our daughter had a special evening in route 66 and Daisy the mascot and the guest relations evening manager, Chris, came to visit her with a surprise selection of gifts and birthday cake! Fantastic. This was the main reason for our visit.
