disappointing experience I booked online (there is no possibility of doing it by phone or on site) 6 months for my son who will soon start an Erasmus in Tarragona. I paid the deposit and after more than 15 days I received an email telling me that, due to overbooking, my booking had not been processed, without giving me other options (for example I had booked a single room, they could have offered me a double or other options..) because, according to them, the site is not updated. The deposit was returned to me after more than a month. Same method at the Jordi facility. On the site there are many options that in practice do not exist. I find this system terrible. After 15 days I was sure I had booked instead I found myself having to quickly find a place to stay. Rossella
