The room was clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene. The bedding was soft, and the front desk staff were warm and polite, making check-in and check-out quick. The location is convenient for getting around, and it offers great value for money. I'll choose this place again next time.

The room was very clean, and the hotel service was excellent, warm, and considerate. I especially liked the young lady at the front desk who took great care of us because of some family matters. I highly recommend this warm and welcoming hotel to everyone!

The room was clean and hygienic, with views of the Golden Grassland and snow-capped mountains from the window. The room had fresh air and was very comfortable.

This hotel stay was excellent, and what I appreciated most was the oxygen supply in the room. I was experiencing some oxygen deficiency, and as soon as I turned on the oxygen in the room, breathing became much easier. The oxygen flow was consistent, and it wasn't stuffy at all while I slept with it on. The staff were incredibly helpful. As soon as I mentioned feeling dizzy, they immediately came over to teach me how to operate the oxygen concentrator. They were always available whenever I needed help, and their attitude was exceptionally kind. The room was spotless, the sheets and blankets were neat, and the bathroom was clean. The hotel was quiet and the environment was refreshing. All the appliances and hot water worked perfectly, and the facilities were in good working order. Having oxygen supply was such a thoughtful touch; it made my stay safe and comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Environment: There's a yak hotpot restaurant and a tea shop next to the hotel, and charging stations in the courtyard, even though it's next door! 😁 The rooms are very clean. There's diffused oxygen in the room, not 24 hours, but during specific hours (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM). You select the time on the control panel. There are also two oxygen inlets; you can ask the front desk for one. Service: Pretty good. Breakfast starts at 8:00 AM, and it's already very crowded even though it's not quite peak season yet.

This stay was extremely satisfying!! I've often stayed at Baiyulan or other hotels under the Jinjiang Group when traveling, but the experience at Baiyulan in Tashkurgan, located on the plateau, was simply superb. The front desk upgraded our room free of charge and included breakfast. The room was spacious and had a smart control system, which was very convenient. Sleeping at an altitude of over 3000 meters in the room with diffused oxygen supply was completely effortless; I slept very well. The hotel's location is also excellent. There's a Cha Bai Dao restaurant and a Chaozhou hot pot restaurant downstairs, a supermarket across the street, and a shopping district just a few minutes' drive away. In short, if I come to Tashkurgan again, Baiyulan will definitely be my first choice. Highly recommended!!
