2200073****Finally got around to reviewing! Tashkurgan is at a high altitude, and this hotel has oxygen-supplying equipment. It's also newly opened, and the room layout and amenities are excellent. If you get a room with a small balcony and the weather is good, the sunrise views are absolutely stunning. The hotel restaurant serves Jiangnan/Zhejiang cuisine, which was a welcome change for us Shanghai folks after eating Xinjiang food for a few days. The fragrant highland cordyceps chicken, sweet and sour pork ribs, and boiled mutton were all delicious. The pickled vegetable and shredded pork noodles for breakfast were also very much to our liking. The hotel staff are all very courteous too. Coming to Tashkurgan, choosing this hotel is an excellent decision!

1. Excellent service! The Tajik staff, both the women and men, were incredibly friendly and lovely.
2. The room was clean and tidy.
3. The window offered stunning views of the snow-capped mountains and grasslands. I could sit by the window, sip tea, and simply zone out all evening (it doesn't even get dark until after 10 PM here).
4. The room had diffused oxygen, which ensured a great night's sleep.
5. The dried fruits, dates, and raisins provided in the room were delicious!
6. The laundry room was spacious and very convenient.
This was our first time visiting the Pamir Plateau and our first encounter with the Tajik people. We loved the scenery in Tashkurgan and truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

SShiweiciganluoI stayed one night at the Togelun Xia Mu Gaodi Stargazing Camp, and it was a truly fantastic experience, definitely five stars! There's also an adorable Golden Retriever named 'Niangao' (Rice Cake).
From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptionally thoughtful. The staff proactively helped us with our luggage to our room and patiently explained the room facilities. They also reminded us of the best times to see the 'golden mountains' (sunlit peaks) and for stargazing, and even arranged a Tajik home visit – very considerate.
The room amenities were also a pleasant surprise. There was a Yuewell nasal oxygen concentrator and underfloor heating, so it wasn't cold at all at night. The bathroom featured a Jomoo wet/dry separation design, and the toiletries were from Chando, a well-known domestic brand that felt reliable. The most delightful surprise was that the tents and outdoor furniture were all from Mobigarden, ensuring brand consistency and a premium feel.
Overall, the facilities are complete, the service is warm, and the attention to detail is excellent. I was very satisfied with this stay and highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThe biggest surprise during my stay in Tashkurgan was the Banlan Hotel. The entire hotel has a diffused oxygen supply system, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The hygiene was excellent, and the facilities were comprehensive, including a gym, a billiards table, and a tea room. They even have a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, so you don't have to worry about altitude sickness at all! The breakfast selection was also very complete, with both Western and Chinese options, and the taste was great! I highly recommend it to everyone. If I have the chance to visit again, I'll definitely choose this hotel!

The owners are friendly, hilarious and I saw them check in on the other guests to make sure they are alright after experience altitude sickness. They also gave us some advice to avoid suffering related symptoms during our stay.
The room is spacious and clean. And some might worry that it could get cold at night, not a chance in this yurt as they have provided heater in multiple forms that ensure it was cozy enough for us.
It is a yurt, so as the wind is blowing heavily outside, you will hear some sound, but for me, that's just adds to the experience.
The amenities are complete.
The location wise, it is a bit out of town, but if you don't own a car, you could still call a cab to get back to the hostel from the town. Keep the owners number in case you need to call for help.
Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay for the two of us.😊

The hotel also provides a rich buffet breakfast and various leisure facilities, which made me feel relaxed. The hotel is equipped with an oxygen concentrator, air conditioner and humidifier, which are very practical for tourists traveling in high altitude areas. Oxygen concentrators can effectively relieve altitude sickness, while air conditioners and humidifiers can provide a comfortable living environment.

TTixiangxiangIt was my first time in Xinjiang and my first time in Tashi County. I chose to stay here because it was my daughter's second birthday. There were bonfire parties and folk dance performances, but my daughter went to bed too early every day and didn't see any of them. However, the hostess helped us order a birthday cake and sent us fruit, which made her birthday a special occasion. The breakfast here was delicious, and the host's homemade bamboo shoots were also delicious, and they were a great pairing with porridge. The host is from Hunan, and the Hunan cuisine is very authentic. Being able to eat authentic Hunan cuisine here is also a blessing for Guizhou people. Highly recommended!

In the morning, when you open the window, the sun shines on the top of the continuous snow-capped mountains. The picture is so beautiful that it is suffocating. Here, you can enjoy the unique natural scenery of Tashkurgan County while lying in bed. This experience is great!
