Travis8A great hotel with excellent service. Rooftop pool has great vibes, sauna, ice room and steam room are great too. Gym is of sufficient standard with enough equipment but not outstanding. Razors and toothpaste in the rooms wasn’t the best but I can’t fault anything with my stay. Staff were great, environment and atmosphere was good. They went above and beyond particularly in allowing us an early check in after a 13 hour overnight bus from Tashkent. Highly Recommend staying here

Guest UserA small hotel located not far from the city center. The staff was very polite and courteous. The breakfasts were varied and delicious, you're sure to find something to your taste. Room cleaning was good, no complaints about cleanliness. The soundproofing between rooms could be better, but it was tolerable, we didn't have overly noisy neighbors. As for the downsides, we got a room with a view of the elevator shaft, which basically meant a room without a window, as the curtains had to be kept fully closed at all times. Given the very small size of the room itself, we didn't feel like spending any extended time in it. But then again, we didn't come to Tashkent to spend time in our room. Overall, it's a decent hotel for its price.

We stayed at the Hilton Tashkent City and were extremely satisfied. The hotel fully met our expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with a very comfortable bed, excellent housekeeping, and beautiful interior design.
We especially want to highlight the staff — everyone was very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Check-in was quick, and the service throughout our stay was top-notch.
The breakfasts were varied and delicious, with a wide selection of dishes. The hotel's location is also excellent — close to a park, restaurants, and the city's main attractions.
Thank you to the entire Hilton team for a wonderful stay and hospitality! We would gladly return again and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The hotel isn't located in the heart of Tashkent, but it's close to the airport and high-speed rail station, about a 10-minute drive away. Surrounded by residential areas, it's relatively quiet at night.
The room wasn't large, but it was clean and tidy. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, and disposable toiletries were provided. Overall, it was a good value.

Guest UserI rated the service highly because the guys at the reception were very helpful. I'm giving the hotel a high rating just because of them.
As for cleanliness, it wasn't great. There was hair on the floor in the room, and the plumbing wasn't in very good condition.
The mattress was a real disappointment... When one person turns over, the other 'rocks on the waves'.
The food was delicious, and the interior is very beautiful. The hotel itself is stunning.
Suggestions for improvement: better mattresses, non-leaky faucets, and a working hammam. (We happened to be there on a day when it was apparently broken... the steam generator was running non-stop. We told the reception, and the next day the hammam wasn't working, presumably being repaired. I hope it's fixed now).

Little Bean* Location: excellent! It is close to the main interchange main stations, located in the very heart of the city and in such a beautiful neighbourhood! It’s somewhere where you wouldn’t expect a hostel to be based at. Less than 1km walk to Tashkent city mall and a supermarket, lots of eateries nearby from fancy to cheap eats! Plenty of options!
* Room: I stayed in a 8 beds room. The room wasn’t very big so the aisle can feel a little tight, there’s large lockers inside the room that you can easily fit a large suitcase in. The bed is surprisingly comfy and the sheets felt crisp. There’s a small light by the bed and two charging stations which I thought was great and there’s also a table you could open / close back to the wall.
* Toilets / bathroom: during earlier in the day, all seems ok but as the day goes on, lots of hair on floor and toilets aren’t clean ☹️also, the second floor supposed to be for female? I saw a guy also using the toilets on the same floor so it felt a bit awkward and weird as the bathrooms are also right next to the toilets. I think they should put a note to say the bathrooms and toilets are for female only? If not why bother separate into males and females rooms / floors?
* I booked through trip.com and one of the benefit was late check out, I messaged the hotel in advance to mention, they were super accommodating, I didn’t check out until 2.30pm because my flight was at 8.20pm at night. They weren’t pushy.
* Staff: the front desk guy was chill and very helpful, he even helped take my suitcase up the stairs.
* Amenities: trip.com needs to fix this but it says there’s a fitness center but hostel confirmed they do not have. No complimentary of towels, tooth brush, tooth paste etc ~ they all have a fee if you want to buy or rent the towels. There is a water dispenser machine, a fridge, an iron board and a laundry rack in the small common area.
Overall, I thought the stay was ok. I wouldn’t really stay here for more than one night.‘I’m glad it was only one night. The location was the main thing I love about this hostel. I think they could really improve on the bathroom and toilets cleanliness as it seems like as if they were only cleaned once a day. Apparently there’s simple breakfast available, I didn’t manage to check this out as it was only available 8-10am…

It's conveniently located, and the front desk helped me arrange a taxi to T2 airport, which only cost 50,000 Sum. Overall, the service quality is excellent, and the facilities are modern. I'd definitely recommend it.

Elina DiachenkoIt was nice to have a pool, and room cleaning was available upon request. We could always get water at the reception. Rooms on the first floor smell a bit damp, so it's better to stay on the second floor. The location is good. I didn't like the breakfast. The hotel itself is a bit old but inexpensive, so it's acceptable.

Guest UserI chose this hotel because I arrived late at night and planned to take a train from Tashkent Station early in the morning. It's located right inside the station building, about a 1-2 minute walk to the ticket gates, which was incredibly convenient and a huge help. There's no elevator, so carrying luggage up might be a bit challenging. While it's a dormitory with bunk beds, the beds are quite large and there's plenty of space, so I didn't find it uncomfortable at all.
