Не захотели заселять нас с другом из-за того, что указал одного жильца. Якобы из-за разницы в цене. Хотя она если и была то 1$ максимум. При мне оформили возврат, но он так не пришел. Прикладываю доказательство одобрения возврата. На Trip.com отображается что отказано.
