The host was responsive, no issues there. The location is pretty decent, with a mall nearby. However, the cleanliness of the apartment is quite disappointing; there's mold and dust everywhere. If that's not a dealbreaker for you, then everything else is alright.

The location, service quality, comfortableness, breakfast... Everything was perfect as we enjoyed the last moment in Uzbekistan at this hotel. Will stay again!

Bigger than average hotel rooms (thats why they called it Apart Hotel) and amazing breakfast spread. Will definitely repeat.

The room was great, with a huge balcony. The only downside was that the balcony didn't have much of a view since it overlooked an enclosed atrium. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, making communication easy, and they were very friendly. Overall, it was a good experience.

I think this was my best choice during my business trip. The hotel is in a great location in the city, and the room condition is very good. I recommend this hotel

Beautiful brand new apartment. Really surprised of the room size and amenities. Not the greatest breakfast. But the price makes up for it. There are excellent coffeeshops around. Location is nice. New and upcoming area.

A wonderful option for a couple of days' stay! The location is superb: in a beautiful, modern neighborhood with a park and a shopping center. Breakfast in the same building at the Holiday Hotel is very good. There's a wide selection of food and live music. The breakfast music, featuring traditional instruments, is truly unique. We've never experienced anything like it before. If it's warm, you can have breakfast on the terrace. This is the top floor of the building, so it's a bit warm from the roof. The air conditioning didn't cool it down, but opening the windows helped. The staff is attentive and polite. There's a water cooler on the floor, and tea and instant coffee are available in the room. A kitchenette with dishes is available for those who want to cook. This residential complex has many cafes on the ground floors for every taste. Our favorites are Bon! and Safia. We had a wonderful time at this aparthotel. I recommend it.

This was the most satisfying hotel of my entire trip to Uzbekistan, bar none. Hotels in the same class as Holiday Inn, Hilton, and Hampton in Tashkent would cost over 1000 RMB for two adults and one child, including city tax. This hotel, located in Tashkent City Park, boasts an excellent location, a 7-minute walk from the largest city mall and a 3-minute walk from the nearest metro station. The rooms were huge, the kitchen was fully equipped, breakfast was shared with the Holiday Inn, and there was no city tax upon check-out; a standard receipt was issued.

The location is fantastic and incredibly convenient. There are plenty of restaurants just downstairs, and the famous Bon! coffee chain is just a short walk away. Across a huge park, you can reach the city's most upscale shopping mall, offering everything you could want for dining and shopping. The hotel is not only clean and well-equipped, but also spacious. It even has pots and pans and tableware, making it easy to cook instant noodles or do laundry. Best of all, it shares the breakfast area with the Holiday Inn, and the breakfast is incredibly abundant! Highly recommended! If I ever have the chance to visit Tashkent again, I will definitely stay here!

It's very clean, but its only drawback is its entrance inside a building that houses business offices and a club, causing congestion in the elevator both inside and outside.

The hotel has a great location, is clean and comfortable, and offers a plentiful breakfast.

The room I was initially assigned didn't have a washing machine. After I mentioned to the staff that I needed one, they helped me move to a better room. The service was excellent!

The location is excellent, and the facilities are basic but relatively new. One drawback is that the sheets weren't clean; there was some granular powder on them. Breakfast was good, but it's quite a walk to the restaurant at another Holiday Inn.
