Izza Palace Hotel

The room was very nice and clean and the service was also very good. The main reason was that I chose Ctrip, which was very responsible. I was very happy with Ctrip's service.

Terrible service, there were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children) and they put us in a nice 2-room room and then they called and said "sorry, it turns out they promised a room to someone else" and put us in 2 small rooms. The shower is leaking, and then you can't step on anything wet. They gave 1 towel for 2 adults. We asked for more, they said there were no clean towels and that they would bring them tomorrow, but they never did. Although everyone who went with us had 6 towels for 2 people. The breakfasts were just awful, I don't know, maybe they treated us specially, it was already very tasteless, and when we asked for porridge (because we saw it in others' rooms) they said there was no porridge and they gave us a fried egg along with the boiled one. And then people came after us and asked for porridge and they were given it. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, if you just want to spend the night then it's ok, but otherwise it's just awful. By the way, the pool, they have a pool, but the water there is very muddy, and there are red worms swimming around.
