Very clean and spacious room. Not far from the airport. Staff were helpful and kind (managed to wash and dry clothes for free). Wifi in the room was not great at all. Breakfast on booking app says Western/Chinese/Halal, but it's a basic Chinese breakfast.

Cleanest hotel in the world. Apparently the hotel was recently renovated. Starting from the handle of the front door and ending with the faucet in the bathroom - everything is absolutely new. Warm floors, a large set of towels, everything for a comfortable stay. Ten out of ten, I would give a hundred points for cleanliness.

Good morning. We arrived at this hotel this evening, December 29, 2025, and all the doors were locked. The entrance doors, as pictured, said there was no hotel there. We called the hotel phone number, and a Chinese man answered in Chinese, unable to explain anything! There was no light in any of the windows, nor at the reception desk, which we couldn't find at all. It was pitch black! As a result, at 3 a.m., we had to find and check into another hotel! Please look into this hotel and refund us in full for our reservation!

We booked a room for a layover in Tashkent. We paid in full three weeks before arrival, and received an email reminder the day before check-in. We booked a double room with a balcony. We were greeted lazily and given a ground-floor room without a balcony. When we asked why, they told us to be grateful for the room, as they wanted to cancel our reservation on the day of check-in. There was no apology or explanation. The shower enclosure was leaking badly, there was no refrigerator in the room, the shampoo bottles weren't disposable, and the towel rack was lying on the floor. The outlet only allowed us to plug in a kettle or a TV. A terrible experience.
