An absolutely delightful stay! The hotel's environment was elegant and spotlessly clean. Our room was spacious and bright, with excellent, modern facilities. The front desk staff were warm, thoughtful, and patiently answered all our questions. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby, and a wide variety of shopping and dining options. I would definitely choose to stay here again, and highly recommend it!

The hotel is ideally located, very close to the airport. The Chinese owner is incredibly hospitable, and the surrounding area offers great conveniences. The hotel itself is very clean, and the staff are welcoming, even helping us call a taxi. The owner even invited me for tea and a pleasant chat. The owner is Chinese and incredibly welcoming, making for a very safe and comfortable stay. 2. **Seriously, their currency exchange rate is *much better* than what you'll find at the airport!!!** 3. There's a water dispenser with bottled water and hot water available. 4. The room was clean, and there was always plenty of hot water for showers. 5. The location is excellent – it's just a 10-minute walk to the metro station, and it's not far from either the train station or the airport. Plus, there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity. 6. The rooms are spacious. 7. They were very quick to provide a receipt/invoice. The only downside was one particular local staff member at the front desk who always seemed to have a grumpy expression, as if we owed him a million dollars. It was quite off-putting.
