We completed our reservation and stood at the door, but no one answered. With great difficulty, and with the help of a taxi driver, we reached a hotel staff member, and they let us in. It was clean and spacious. The shower pressure was poor. The receptionist was constantly asleep. Before checkout, we couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi because the password wasn't listed anywhere. We tried to find staff by peeking through open doors, and the girl who let us in was asleep in one of the rooms. Customer service wasn't great.

A great place to stay for a few days. There's a store nearby, and public transportation stops provide direct access to Tashkent's most popular sites. The metro station is a 10-minute walk away. Overall, everything was great.

We loved everything! We had a wonderful vacation. The house is beautiful and bright, everything is new, just sparkling! The rooms are luxurious, with everything you need, and it was very comfortable and cozy to sleep in. It's a quiet area. We flew from China to Uzbekistan all day. Shenzhen-Chongqing-Urumqi and then to Tashkent. We arrived at 3 a.m. We were very tired. We booked a hotel, contacted the hosts, and they allowed us to arrive and check in at night. Thank you so much for this service; it was very necessary and important for us at the time. The hosts were very kind. I will remember this trip for a long time; such warm memories of the city remain thanks to this house and their hosts. I will recommend this hotel to my friends who are flying to Uzbekistan, and I hope we will return again. Thank you for everything!

Honestly, my trip to this hotel was a real bummer. Let's start from the beginning: 1. It's impossible to get into the building. The owner is never there, won't give you a second key, and claims it's the country's fault that the door can't be opened with Wi-Fi. But that's not the country's fault, but yours. You know it's impossible to open, but you won't give me the keys. So, those two days were hell. I stood outside the door every time, waiting 15-30 minutes for the kings to let me in. 2. The water pressure leaves much to be desired; you wash under a weak stream, and it takes 30 minutes instead of 10. 3. The power went out during the flooding. 4. They forgot to put water in the room, and the trash wasn't removed. You live in a shared house. Apart from the dog, who occasionally made me happy, I have nothing good to say about this place. The only thing I'll say is thankful that, despite these situations, the owner allowed me to leave later, and even offered to take me to the airport when I was late and I was waiting outside the door again. Would I go back to that place again? Definitely not; my nerves are more important to me.

The hotel girl was very friendly. We arrived late at night and had a hard time finding the hotel. We were welcomed, explained everything, and given toiletries. The hotel is beautiful, recently renovated, the bed linen is spotless, and there's only one bathroom per floor for three rooms, but we were the only ones on the entire floor, so we weren't bothered. Disposable slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and shower gel were provided. We really enjoyed it. We got to the city center quickly by taxi. We had a late checkout, and the hotel girl even offered to let us stay longer and check out later if needed. We're very grateful for that. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Отель расположен недалеко от железнодорожного вокзала Ташкент Южный и в 15 минутах езды от аэропорта. В доме есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания начиная от чайника, заканчивая кухней оборудованной столовыми принадлежностями, плитой и холодильником. Звезду сняла и.к. При бронировании было заявлено, что сотрудники на ресепшен разговаривают на трех языках включая русский. На деле оказалось, что на русском не говорят от слова совсем. В итоге возникли сложности когда я позвонила в отель предупредить о раннем заезде. Меня не поняли и через переводчик попросили отправить сообщение на которое я не получила ответ. В итоге приехав в отель в 6 часов утра долго стучали в ворота, чтобы заселиться. В целом отель рекомендую для проживания.

Большой красивый дом, свежий ремонт, очень чисто. Милая и гостиприимная хозяйка, у нее замечательная веселая собачка. Очень понравилось! Рекомендую!!
