Absolutely Unacceptable Experience
This property has engaged in what I consider false advertising and breach of contract. We specifically booked this hotel because the listing clearly stated the availability of a massage room, which was a decisive factor for us after a long flight. Upon arrival, we discovered that no such facility exists. This constitutes a material misrepresentation of services and a violation of the principle of good faith in consumer transactions.
Furthermore, we booked a twin room with two separate beds, yet were assigned a room with one double bed. The room size was also grossly misrepresented — advertised as 18 m², but in reality, it was barely 10 m² (approximately 3.0 x 3.2 m) plus a narrow corridor of about 3.6 m². This is not a minor discrepancy; it is deliberate deceptive marketing.
Essential amenities such as the shaving kit and cosmetic set — explicitly mentioned in the room description — were missing. After repeated complaints at the reception, staff finally located one “last” cosmetic set, which unbelievably contained a used nail file and no skin-cleansing products. I was even told that the razor might be found later, and that the rest of the kits had “run out.” This is gross negligence and a clear failure to provide paid services.
In legal terms, this experience amounts to misrepresentation, non-performance of contractual obligations, and violation of consumer protection rights. The overall condition and service of this hotel fall far below any acceptable hospitality standards.
I strongly advise future guests to avoid this property at all costs. It is not a hotel — it is a disgrace.
