Very good

A good hotel that offers value for money. The room was spacious but looked quite dated, especially the doors.
The view from the 9th floor was beautiful. The location is excellent, right in the city center, close to the metro, Tashkent City, etc. Breakfast was sufficient and tasty.
We had an issue with the refrigerator in the room. There wasn't one in the first room, so we asked for another. The second room had a fridge, but it was barely working.

This is a hotel with completely inconsistent charges and services. I don't know why such a poorly equipped hotel can get 4 stars. The hygiene is also very poor, and it feels like the facilities are more than 30 years old.

It was hilarious! It felt completely like the Soviet era. The room even had an old-fashioned TV that didn't work. The whole hotel had a dilapidated, vintage feel. Even the keys were unique. The breakfast restaurant was quite large, but I didn't get up early enough to eat there, so I don't know how the food was.

The main advantage of the hotel is its location. It is convenient to get to the airport - 15 minutes by taxi, or to the nearest park. Overall, it is not bad for a couple of nights, the room has everything you need. Otherwise, the hotel is a little tired, probably its past affects 😁 although it looks better in the photo.
A place for unpretentious travelers.

The hotel was recommended by the conference organizers, as it is located close to the venue. Tashkent City is nearby, transport accessibility: metro, buses. At the same time, it is very quiet, as the hotel is hidden deep in the block. Lots of trees and greenery around. The staff is friendly, speaks Russian. The room is clean, has everything you need. A refrigerator, bottled drinking water, even a safe. Everything is like in the photos on the site. The beds are comfortable. The blankets and pillows are nice. There is a loggia. The plumbing works perfectly, there is a hair dryer, all kinds of toiletries, slippers. Breakfasts are varied: three hot porridges, vegetables, fruits, scrambled eggs, omelette, eggs, cheesecakes, pancakes, cauliflower, chicken, cheeses, sausages, sweets, a varied menu. (A wish - one porridge would be better without milk and without sugar for diet food for people like me). The old TV, which takes up a lot of space, and the aged upholstery of the furniture slightly reduce the impression of the room design. But overall, everything is good. The main thing is the people! And the people here are very hospitable and friendly - the warmest impression of my stay in Uzbekistan. I dream of coming back.

It is not recommended to go in summer, the air conditioning is too poor and there are a lot of flies in the breakfast restaurant

Good hotel. The only bad thing is that there is no restaurant or bar. The TV didn’t work at all (the TV still costs 90). Overall the service is good. Water, cleanliness in the rooms, there is a park nearby for a walk. In the evening, if you want to eat, you just need to do delivery)))

Нормальный отель, чтобы переночевать 1 ночь. Но я останавливалась на 3 ночи. Своих денег не стоит. Очень старые номера, плозо работает интернет, работала одна розетка на весь номер

One night in thisI spent one night in this hotel, and for the price I think you can find better in Tashkent. For the same price I could have booked a room at the Uzbekistan Hotel, which seems to be in much better condition. The room was basic and could do with a refresh. The reception was a bit scary, empty and dark. The breakfast wasn't very appealing either (but I don't have much experience in this area). There was space in the room with a small balcony (but not a very interesting view), hot water, air conditioning, and a good internet connection. hotel

Everything about this hotel is horrible. I booked a single standard room based on the beautiful photos on the website but it was a disaster. The front desk people seem to be in a permanent state of depression & you feel unwanted in this hotel. The bed was stretcher size (even for a person of a thin build) & if you turn around, you will fall off the bed, which led me to put a chair next to the bed to prevent me from falling down. The shower place is for kids & no way a normal person of average build can take a shower. Again here it was s stretcher size, where it is impossible to turn around in the shower. When I did bring this to the notice of the front desk, a person called Aziz gave me a lip service that as they were full currently (a lie it is assume as I barely saw any guests) that they will change me to a better room but this never happened at all. Also the space between the TV table at the bathroom exit is very narrow and hardly any place for you to walk out and in the dark you can get hurt very easily, totally unsafe. The TV in the room was a big box of the 1960 era & had only one blurred local channel on it. Also the WIFI signals are pathetic. Further I had asked for a airport pickup & this was done promptly but was asked to pay directly to the driver (USD 20), which later I found out that I was ripped off. Also it turned out that the driver also moonlight's as a taxi driver & at the same time an employee of the hotel in the front desk. With decades of my travel experience to various countries, this can be classified as the worst possible hotel that I ever stayed in. It is a totally rundown place, avoid it for your safety and well being

We were there in February. The hotel is terribly, simply terribly cold! This is the biggest minus. After excursions around Tashkent and Samarkand, I really wanted to return to the hotel and warm up, but alas! Not only that, the water from the shower also flows sometimes hot, sometimes cold, and this trend persisted in different rooms. All the furniture and furnishings are tired. I don’t know who enjoyed the luxurious breakfast there. We had a hard time finding anything to take. The pluses include a good coffee machine, but the sign about the need to clean it all day confused me. By the way, the dining room is also terribly cold, I wanted to wear a winter jacket. Plus, the hotel is well located relative to the metro (5 minutes walk) and the City.
