Mirzo Boutique Hotel

We only stayed one night at the Mirzo Hotel, but everything was perfect.

My friend's old illness flared up, so we returned to Tashkent a day early. However, all the hotels near Chusu Market were sold out by November 1st. I suddenly saw this hotel with beautiful photos and thought I'd snagged a bargain. I arrived at the hotel at 10 PM on the 31st, but waited a long time to check in; the front desk apologized. Entering the room, although the reviews said it was small, I was surprised by how small the twin room was. I decided to endure the discomfort and head out the next day, packing my suitcase and leaving. I figured I'd only stay two nights and then come back. While sterilizing my toothbrush cup, I found a large puddle of toothpaste at the bottom. I felt disgusted, but decided to use my own cup. I was about to shower and go to bed when, suddenly, all the fasteners on the showerhead fell off. The screws were all loose. I had to hold the showerhead while washing my hair. Then, the leak in the bathroom stopped draining. I didn't get a good night's sleep. The next morning, I told the hotel about the problem and asked to check out a day early. The hotel agreed to the refund but offered to provide another hotel. I told them I was very disappointed with their management; I'd never stayed in a hotel with such a mess of glassware. The hotel front desk manager said check-out was possible, but a refund wouldn't be given because the hotel hadn't received payment. I informed them that Ctrip said the hotel hadn't confirmed the booking. The front desk manager said they were acting through an intermediary and had to start work at 10 am. Ctrip's representative, Peach, reassured me that they would follow up. For the next two days, Xiaoda also contacted the hotel repeatedly. The hotel still hasn't confirmed. Just before returning home, Ctrip refunded our second night's room fee. They continued working. We are very grateful to Ctrip for their hard work, ensuring our trip was unforgettable. Over the past few years, we've found Ctrip's handling of problems to be truly excellent.

I was so lucky to have chosen this hotel in Tashkent for three nights. It's an absolutely gorgeous hotel. I felt so happy sitting down to eat breakfast in the morning. The staff were incredibly welcoming and spoke excellent English. They were always there for me. Especially helpful was a tall man named Suntan in a suit. He always had a shy smile and offered me a lot of assistance. Tashkent is a beautiful city; I fell in love with it because of this hotel.
