This is a scam, be careful. I had to pay the room fee again after checking in, and only in cash. Fortunately, I asked for the payment receipt and Ctrip refunded me! Ctrip has been trying to contact their agent but can't get through. I suggest kicking this store out of Ctrip!

A disaster, a hotel not equipped for tourists. They haven't made up the room for three nights. We ended up here because we had a reservation at another Moji hotel. They told us 20 hours beforehand that they didn't have a room, using an excuse. But they offered to make a reservation at another hotel they own. They said they'd let us stay at the same price. We accepted, since we were going to Tashkent by train.

Regrettable: facilities, service, cleanliness... everything... plus it's badly located, far from the metro and the center. I don't recommend it. The breakfast isn't outstanding compared to what we had at the three hotels the previous day. If you read that, try booking somewhere else.
