Krokus Plaza Hotel

This is a great hotel, run by Chinese owners. You can even exchange currency here. We booked a deluxe twin room, which was quite spacious and very clean. They also offer airport shuttle service.

Excellent hotel! We were very satisfied and will definitely come back again. We stayed on the third floor, and there were no strange odors. We checked out a room on the first floor, and it had a strong tobacco smell. The pool isn't small, and the sauna and hammam are turned on upon request, no problem. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help with any issues. We didn't come early for breakfast, but we never left hungry. The guests are mostly Chinese, so the cuisine has a Chinese focus. The location is quite convenient, with small shops, a pharmacy, and a shashlik cafe nearby.

This hotel felt like a home away from home, especially since everyone was Chinese, making communication seamless and creating a wonderful sense of belonging. The rooms were clean and comfortable, there's a pool downstairs, and the owner was very friendly. Highly recommended!

What truly stood out was the exceptional staff attitude – it was genuinely top-notch. Every employee was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about the guests. The staff always goes the extra mile, creating a homely atmosphere within the stylish interiors. Breakfasts were delightful, with a wide variety and high quality of products. Additionally, we thoroughly enjoyed the spa area: the pool boasted crystal-clear water and a comfortable temperature. And, of course, I must mention the transfer service – it was simply superb! We were picked up and dropped off at the airport with the highest level of service: comfortable cars, punctual and courteous drivers, which made the journey incredibly easy and pleasant. Great hotel! The front desk staff are fluent in both English and Chinese. The hygiene is also good!

The front desk staff could communicate in Chinese, which was very convenient, and the owner is Chinese. The room was quite large, but the environment was just so-so. Breakfast was a mix of Chinese and Western options, which was pretty average. Laundry service was quite expensive.

The hotel is a bit old, but the facilities are quite complete. They offer airport pick-up and drop-off service, and the owner and staff are very friendly. Besides helping us exchange currency, they can also assist with calling taxis. It's a great choice for independent travelers visiting Uzbekistan.
