Within walking distance from the station. The facilities are clean, and the staff speak English and are very kind. It's on par with or even better than a typical Japanese business hotel, so I highly recommend it if you need to get to the station early in the morning.

The room was spacious and clean. All the amenities were provided, so we didn't encounter any issues. The location is also great. It was a 7-minute ride from the airport via Yandex Go, costing 200,000 sum. The train station for destinations like Samarkand is also just about a 15-minute walk away. Breakfast starts at 8:00 AM, but some guests were already eating a little earlier. They offer a good variety, including vegetables, fruits, bread, Uzbek dishes, and yogurt. The staff will ask you what kind of dish you'd like and if you prefer tea or coffee, which they prepare in the kitchen and serve to you. The front desk staff were all very kind and helpful, answering all our questions. The Wi-Fi wasn't bad; occasionally, the speed felt a bit slow, but it was perfectly usable. As it's located along a main road, some people might find the noise from cars and traffic a bit loud.

I booked this because it was a four-star hotel, but in the end, I was disappointed. The room was dusty, and it made my throat scratchy. The entire hotel was dim, perhaps to minimize electricity consumption. I won't be staying here again.

Great location near the North Railway Station, although there aren't many shops or restaurants around. The front desk staff were all very welcoming and helpful. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited.
