Didn't get off to the best start: I was given a room key that didn't work (twice), only to find out that the room I was supposed to be in was already occupied by an (understandably) angry young lady. Kettle also didn't work in the room (replayed very quickly).
However, the room was fantastic. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good.
The famous Plov restaurant "Besh Oqzun" (may have spelled that incorrectly) is a 12-minute walk away.
Would book again.

Stayed two nights only. Very quiet hotel situated off the main streets in a primarily residential area. Walking distance to a number of excellent restaurants, and just a few minutes taxi ride to the airport. Reception check-in and check-out was efficient, helpful and friendly. Had the buffet breakfast once and choice was good. Freshly ground coffee was a real treat as most places only offered instant coffee. Restaurant staff was again so friendly and accommodating. No complaints about this hotel and would stay here again.

這是來塔什干住過的最舒服的酒店了，房間乾淨寬敞[強]！朋友介紹説這家酒店好就過來試試。酒店離機場3.5公里，10分鐘到達很方便。離市內的幾個景點都在2公里之內。附近200米公園可以散步。我們凌晨到達，有專車接送，酒店大廳的點心很好吃，水果冰水也很可口[強]！還配有中、英、俄語翻譯交流非常方便[強]！餐廳是24小時服務，我們半夜在星空房吃的西餐喝了啤酒，炎熱的夏夜在這裏感受到了涼爽、清靜！早餐快10點了還非常齊全，各種西式點心、水果、牛奶、雞蛋有很多品種口味。體驗感：價位合適服務高端！

房間乾淨整潔，特別温馨，周圍環境也很不錯，服務特別好，還很貼心，入住酒店後，是中國翻譯和老闆接待的，因為很晚了沒有喜歡的單間了，還免費給升級了豪華房，房間超大，非常乾淨。非常感謝。還請我們在四樓的空中餐廳吃了夜宵-是西餐，做的特別美味。酒店的自助早餐也很好吃，品種很多，環境優雅，客人大都是外國人。
