I really enjoyed my stay at Ak Saray. I chose this hotel as it was close to the airport and I was travelling the next day to Doha. When I arrived I was greeted and I got a really nice room at the top of the hotel. It was so much bigger than expected and there was a very big comfy bed. I had a large bathroom with a good step in shower. I had a large wardrobe and excellent air conditioning. Breakfast was good with a range of fruit, yoghurts and bread/ eggs and salad. The pool was the best feature. I relaxed in the pool all day as I was getting ready to go to the airport. The swimming pool was great to relax before my flight. A really nice cool swim was great before a flight. I would definitely stay at Ak Saray again. It has a great little shop with vintage cloths from Uzbekistan right near by and it was used to pick up some souvenirs while I stayed. The hotel was easy to get to on Public transport. If you are a lone female I wouldn’t use the taxis from the airport as you will definitely get ripped off or worse. They are totally untrustworthy what ever protection you choose and whatever you agree I’m afraid it’s just not to be trusted. I used a taxi once the whole time as I used buses. But unfortunately it was once too many. I’ll never ever get another taxi in Tashkent.

it could be a great hotel , there are things unclear , I booked a large double room and I've got the smallest room available , where you could hit ceiling with your head. luckily after my complain I've got the regular room but I've lost 2 of my 4 days. location is good , breakfast unfortunately the worst I've got in my trip in Uzbekistan, hotel overall is beautiful, thsy really need to take things a little more seriously though

Good day, I really liked the hotel. It's very clean and modern. The beds in our room were comfortable, with a firm enough mattress. Overall, it was good for sleeping. A special thanks for the breakfast – everything was simple and delicious. It's a shame the pool wasn't working due to courtyard renovations. Our room was on the 3rd floor, which wasn't an issue for us. I'd love to see a sofa in the lobby at reception for waiting to check-in, as flights don't always arrive on time for check-in. Also, they only exchange dollars for local currency.

Te hotel has a convenient and accessible location where you can reach the airport, train stations and some major attractions within 20 minutes. Breakfast is okay. We booked a large double room but turns out the hotel gave us a twin room.h

Excellent value for money hotel. Convenient location not far from the airport. A huge thank you to the staff who checked us in at 6 AM so we could get a few hours of sleep during our layover. The room has everything you need. The bed is comfortable, and there's air conditioning. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel. We checked in at night. The reception is open 24/7. The room was gorgeous, but a little dirty and the sink was leaking. Not critical though. The bed was comfortable. There was water in the room upon arrival. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a convenient table, but we forgot to take a picture.

This is our second time staying here. The first was in 2023, and now it's 2026. The hotel has shown a bit of wear and tear over this time, but it's still quite good for the price. The reception staff were always accommodating whenever possible. The breakfasts are rather modest; we usually arrived around nine and there wasn't much left. The pool is currently drained, but it's out of season. Overall, it's decent.
