Hotel is clean, staff are very friendly and helpfull. I like the location of the hotel, it is 5 min far from main road which makes hotel calm and good place to have a rest. Near the hotel (5-10 min walking) there are many fastfoods, restaurants and banks to exchange money. It is around 4,7 km far from intl airport.

We had a great stay at Atecca Suites, Tashkent. Although we arrived a bit early, we could immediately check in. There was a bit of confusion on payment but it was sorted and did not interfere with our stay, The hotel is quite close to Bus/Metro and had plenty of restaurants closeby. The front-desk staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi, however, was a bit spotty and could've been better. We would recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location and great quality service. Large room in contemporary style furniture. Warm and comfortable beddings. Great 24hr access to a Hot water and central heating is kudos to this hotel during this winter season.
Hotel Personal is helpful and open for assistance at any time upon guest request.
Cons: Circulating security guard in the main lobby with swinging car keys in his hands is unfortunate site seeing.
Wishing bar could stay open past midnight. During my stay the hotel pool and spa center was not operating and closed.
Overall best value hotel from 20 in the city

Facilities: Sound, suite rooms are large.
Hygiene: Very clean. Bring a hair dryer if possible, the hotel hair dryer is very noisy.
Service: The lady at the front desk is very nice.
The restaurant downstairs is delicious, but a little expensive.
There is Somsa and delicious Lagman near the hotel.

This is a good, new hotel, about 15 min on foot from undergroud station Oybek. Airport is about 20 min by taxi. There are many good restaurants nearby. Large, clean rooms. Good and tasty breakfast. Good service at restaurant. But the reception service is the weakest. They tried to add vat and tourist taxes to the price set in the guaranteed reservation. There was text "taxes and fees included". We spend 40 min at the reception... At 8pm... After arrival from Samarkand. They tried to explain it. Error in IT system etc explanation. The longest check in our career... But finally the problem was resolved. We talked with manager, everything was explained etc. Good impression. And finally, after check out next day early morning the reception staff asked us about small tea spoon which the maid can't find it at the room!!! Really??? This is 4*hotel??? Good impression was over. It was our second stay at Tashkent. During the first stay, at another boutique hotel, we have not experienced this type of problems.

While the hotel is not in the middle of the Tashkent sights, it is only a quick and cheap Yandex away, but there are many good restaurants and wine shops all within walking distance and there is an ATM literally next door to the hotel :) The breakfast was excellent with many choices and delicious coffee included unlike in other parts of Uzbekistan. The bed was comfortable, with a great shower, good wifi and helpful staff make it a great place to stay and even rooms near the elevator aren't noisy....bonus! However, the strong chemicals that the cleaners use in the foyer and on the different floors, make it difficult for asthmatics to come and go from the hotel.....mask required! Perhaps they could reconsider the strength, &/or less frequent application, and maybe use a product that is environmentally as well as guest-friendly!!! Read a fellow trip advisor review about "the welcoming space in the lounge around the lobby".....really, I had to run through with mask on!! :(
