Barhat Hotel

I originally booked two nights at the Baluhat Hotel, but they changed my reservation to one night at the Sapphire Hotel, 100 meters away, and one night at the Baluhat Hotel. Furthermore, I was told that the room at the Baluhat Hotel for the second night could only be used from noon. I had booked multiple nights because I didn't want to check out. 😭 When I checked the first night's hotel to see if it was possible to stay for a second night, they said they weren't sure when it would be possible and asked me to pack my bags for now. When I went back to check with my luggage in the morning, they said it was possible to stay multiple nights. I chose multiple nights, but since the Sapphire Hotel is cheaper, I would like a refund for the difference. The room looked clean, but it smelled a bit smelly overall. Also, the breaker tripped twice while I was showering, or maybe there was a partial power outage. 😭 Even though I stayed multiple nights, there was no cleaning or towel change. It was nice that the receptionist spoke English. It's also difficult to access from the station, so I feel like I made a mistake in my choice of hotel.
