Hotel Hana Isawa

The tatami room, hot springs, and breakfast were very good. The toilet smells and the floor is sticky.

Thank you for staying overnight with me. I was able to go to Aeon along the promenade, soak in the footbath at Isawa Station, and eat hoto at a nearby restaurant. I was able to stay at the hotel with peace of mind. There were 5 people in 2 rooms, but they were right next to each other, so it was very comfortable. thank you very much.

A relatively good hotel near Isawa Onsen Station. Isawa Marche (where you can buy fruits, wine, etc. at a reasonable price), AEON, etc. are within walking distance, so it is highly recommended. Breakfast was a buffet style, but it was criticized in previous reviews, but there was no such thing at all, there was a wide variety, and it was very delicious.

The hallways and elevators are hot. And it stinks. I would like breakfast to be served from 6:30.

I was able to freely go back and forth between the three hot springs (affiliated hotels). All transportation is free, courteous, and prompt, with no waiting time.

[○ Hot Springs] The water is colorless, transparent, and odorless, but the hot water wraps the skin and makes the skin smooth, as it is said to be. It is said that the hot spring is lukewarm, combined use of heating and circulation filtration, and disinfection. There is no smell of chlorine, the temperature is not too hot, and the cleaning surface is normal. [○ Hot Spring Tour] While wearing a yukata and slippers, take a courtesy car door-to-door to the nearby sister inn. The pick-up time is fixed, but there is no timetable. I was taken care of by several drivers, but they are all willing to send even one customer, so I can ask as many times as I want without hesitation. wonderful. In particular, "Isawa View" has a wild megalithic indoor bath (more impressive than the photo). [○ Station Chika] 5 minutes walk to Isawa Onsen Station. Pick-up and drop-off to the station is light and good impression. [○ Staff] Serving food: They are energetic and diligent, but there is also a casualness that does not get in the way, and they are attentive and comfortable. The staff at the front desk and the cleaning staff also had a good feeling (for me) because they were natural rather than stiff and business-like, but if it was a luxury inn, they would say they were too frank. [Contact and cooperation with the front desk] At the time of check-in, the meal time for the first night was decided, and the inn said, "Let's decide for the second night the next day." When it was almost time to go, I asked a question from here and decided the time. If you can't follow up after, you should decide at the time of check-in. Guests should be able to use the private family bath once for free, but the front desk never mentions it. I didn't want to use it, so I skipped it, but I should have checked if there was a request. When I made the reservation, I told him that I wanted to rent a bicycle, but the bicycle was completely covered in dust (although the staff noticed it on the spot and wiped it off). The brakes were a little squeaky). [X room] The futon is small and short (165cm seems to stick out). One thin sheet (it looks cold in winter). Sound leakage next door (I can hear the voice clearly, although I can not understand the content of the conversation). Lack of maintenance, such as burnt out lamps, suspiciously lit lights, and windows that do not open even though they are designed to open. The room is very dry and my throat is sore in the morning. It's good and bad that the cleaning comes quickly even if you stay for a long time (although the staff was cheerful and pleasant). There is no card to hang on the doorknob, such as "Don't wake me up" or "Clean up / No need to clean". [×Meals] Overall, the quality of the ingredients is decent. There were a lot of seafood such as sashimi, but rather than serving seafood that is not so fresh in a prefecture with no sea, I would like to have fresh and delicious local products such as mountain delicacies. Even though it's a fruit prefecture, there weren't any fruits worthy of special mention. Orange was worse than business hotels in Tokyo. The menu is within the scope of the fixed idea of ``this is what you should eat at an inn'', and the content is something that you can find anywhere.　After taking a seat, the rice is ready to cook in 30 minutes after lighting the individual pots. It's nice to see the rice cooked individually in front of you, but I want to eat it with rice and side dishes from the beginning. Slow rice is not a problem for drinkers only. I'm going to go at a certain time, so why don't I listen to my wishes and light the fire first?

The hotel has a Showa era feel and the facilities are old, but the staff's response was a good impression. The room has an atmosphere from the Showa era, and I was able to relax both physically and mentally. The dinner was also well taken care of by the staff. Unfortunately, there are two elevators, but it is a pity that other people cannot ride on each floor because the limit is for a family of four to ride. Even if the elevator comes at the time of eating, it is in a state where you can not get on. My family was climbing up and down the emergency stairs to the dinner venue and room. (Laughs) The bath is a hot spring area. The hot spring quality is the best in both the large public bath and the open-air bath. As I have dry skin, the itching in my body seemed to have subsided. Until now, most of my trips have been to the seaside, but the mountains that I could see from my room were magnificent. Also, I will use Hana Isawa. Thank you to all the staff.
