It s like a cabin, a bit noisy as you can hear next door, the washroom is not very clean, but worth the money

There are a lot of cockroaches. It’s not far from the waterfall but the conditions are really bad and the spa is almost unusable.

It turns out that the room is behind the reception. The room is basically clean, but there are a lot of scratches from the furniture on the walls.
It is recommended not to use the instant pot. I boiled a pot just for cleaning, but it had a very strange smell🫠
There are all kinds of dishes, chopsticks, cups, knives and forks, but remember to wash them before using them. After all, you don’t know if they are really clean🤷🏻♂️

Loved the Chalet. Ample space and enjoyed the Spa option during our stay. Having 2 levels was great. Close to towncentre and activities.

Very tired property. Nice location, but has seen better days. Very suprised at the poor condition as the photos looked quite nice.
Studio room was average, but was reasonably clean, had very comfortable beds and crisp and clean towels and linen. Ok for the price but probably wouldn't stay here again....sorry!

This was not as advertised, we didn't even stay there in end found alternative accommodation after check in. Very run down is not suitable especially for price range. Is a shabby run down cabin in muddy field not even close to being called a resort.

I found that the advertising photos were misleading
It was very run down n delapperdated
Microwave was missing the center piece that spins the glass plate to heat items properly
