ASURE Prince Motor Lodge

Lovely, clean and tidy studio unit - just what we needed after a long drive. Bed was large and comfy, great bathroom with good shower, quiet unit and our Hosts gave us excellent ideas for where to go for dinner. Great communication between myself and the Hosts leading up to our staying which saved a lot of stress - thank you both. Thoroughly recommend staying here and we will again in the future

A great place to stay. Warm including underfloor heating in winter. Nice Thai Restaurant on the property. Good bed, great shower. TV controls sometimes did not work. Easy walk into the shops and entertainment area. This will be my go to stay in future visits to Taupo.

Had a wonderful stay at Asure price.. apartment was verrrry clean and immaculate, it was cleaned and bedding made and sheets changed every day…. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful.. loved it there! Stayed for two weeks and loved every experience

Unfortunately i arrived late, but kept in touch with Ron (owner) Racheal (sorry if spelt incorrectly) I explained my tardiness to which they replyed "are you safe",lol. The room was "AWESOME" and the beds, so soft i melted into it and slept like a baby. It was a 1 nighter, BUT EXCELLENT SERVICE and Wonderful staff, MUST STAY AGAIN.

When first arrived, it was getting late and went to book in. The person was having problem with my wife card, so l pulled my card out to use, he wanted to know if we had credit card and we said no. Then he said you have to pay a bond because he mentioned there were problem he had. Due to being late we did, which my card had already worked. This female voice behind the glass kept on saying what the price of the room was. When we arrived to the room, we were very disappointed, the glass table has chipped edges which was very dangerous and sharp. The Tv we could not get any station, the one in the bedroom you could get some station. The place was very outdated and needed a lot of attention to bring it up to standard. The bathroom was terrible, the shower when you turned it on sprayed at you which made it difficult when it got warmed. For what we got charged was a disgraced. The next morning we went to hand the key to the room and the person got his fellow worker to check the room in case we done damage to it, mind you the room was way below standard. She came back so we could get our bond money, then said at least the TV is still there. Firstly the TVs are worth about $50.00 if we were going to steal them and sell them, probably a little bit difficult as we are from Australia and don’t know any one here in New Zealand. Over all the experience left us with the conclusion they were disgusting people shown very little RESPECT to their guest and need to educate themselves. In conclusion I would highly recommend not to book at this motel as the way they treat people is unprofessional.
