I am still waiting for my refund of one night. I booked a room for 2 nights of alone time to soak in a thermal spa, No spa lots of noise because people live there, needless to say I cut my weekend and came home next morning. I was so looking forward to a weekend for me and my tired bones instead just big disappointment The people were lovely though They just need to take the Thermal out of the name.

Location was good, little noisy at night but not to much. Myself and my partner had the family room with the spa. Spa was amazing. Enjoyed late night swims. Very clean and warm

This establishment allows pets, but quite frankly I wouldn't let my dog anywhere near it. Spent a week here on work (clearly upset someone in bookings) and found it thoroughly unpleasant. On entry to the room I was greeted with carpet stains and an aroma akin to an ailing widowers home. Single beds serve as lounge seating and wooden decor and panelling throughout gives a distinctly 80s vibe. Shower is lined with black mould. The thermal pool may well be very pleasant but given its condition (refer to photographs) was not something I wanted to immerse my body in. Location is undesirable and driveway is on a corner of a busy road which is treacherous. All in all a dreadful time. Fortunately a corkscrew is supplied, as if you stay here you'll certainly want to drink.

We only spent one night here. Good value for money, the beds were good, having a private spar a bonus after a long day. Very clean and tidy and a comfortable ground floor unit, which we had asked for. Getting to the place when you dont know Tauranga was a mission the last roundabout with traffic lights just before the road was confusing but that's not the fought of the motel. It did say coffee machine on advertising, no plunger or machine but plunger coffee provided...... so it may have been taken. If we were staying longer I would have asked them about it. Over all comfortable.

Very average! Rooms are well overdue repairs and upgrades. Spa pools need a paint and so does the main pool. But the owners were lovely and the location was perfect for us. Motel is very noisy being by a main riad and we were constantly woken up by cars coming and going in the carpark because it has gravel.
