Organized spa leisure outside the hotel at the level of privat banking! I booked procedures in the best spa complex of Tbilisi, organized transportation. Firstly. All the staff speak excellent English. Not what someone wrote previously. I should know as an English speaker. We were in the new building for a week. The rooms are beautiful, clean and well designed. I would have preferred a normal balcony and not a French one. The breakfast was very good with a selection for all tastes. Thanks to the excellent staff: Luca the reception manager, Davit security, Anna reservations and a very nice reception lady whose name I can't remember. We stayed an extra half a day which Luca helped us with. We were in the old building ( with a payment) and it was fine.

Pros: very clean, good rooms, great breakfast, very very friendly service and good location. this building is the highest in the city, so make sure to ask for a high floor this way you can get a very good view of the city. Hotel has a nice pool and gym. I didnt have chance to try the spa. Hotel has a free parking for your car. Cons: nothing bad at all . this is a very good place in Tiblisi. it might be on the ”expensive” side but again , it is one of the best places in the city. if you are on a budget trip, then you can stay in another place .

I think there is a problem with the bathroom, the space between the shower and toilet is too small, I can barely fit. I am 1m90 tall. There are stains on the lamps, scratches on the doors. Very comfortable bed, lighting works very well. Toothbrushes and bathrobe were missing! Housekeeping should check rooms before guests. The swimming pool is very good, good installation! Very good breakfast. I would say that the standards of a 5 star hotel are not there, even at the level of the reception service remains very basic but nothing more, I expected better service anyway. The meal at the ATI was very good, but the waitress is very young and very kind and needs to learn more about F&B. The chef came to explain his dish to us, very professional.

This hotel have some issues the rooms are five star but the service and the food are definitely lacking a price point of over 100 dollars. The breakfast buffet food temperatures incorrect. When I got home the first day after my adventures at 6 p.m. my room wasn't cleaned. I was made really annoyed. Web down tell them to clean my room and waited in the lobby to do something that's already been done. .the hotels policy they say because of covid is not to clean your room! I've been on vacation for the last 45 days and this is the only hotel in three continents that hasn't cleaned my room on a daily basis. Also they have a pool but it looked so uninviting. There's no concierge and the staff don't know answers to basic questions about airlines or where to eat . This hotel is worth $75 a night maximum not over $100 a night. I always ask myself would I stay there again . The answer is no. It's hotel is not up to the service if it's price point period the rooms are very pretty though

We were here for three nights starting from 24 June and I thought the premium room we had was excellent - from the space to amenities and the sleep quality we enjoyed. The breakfast spread and variety was decent. We were initially hesitant to go with the hotel given its distance from the Liberty Square, but in hindsight it was a blessing in disguise. The roads leading to the hotel are not congested, there’s ample parking space around and decent food options within walking distance.

We had two days to explore Tbilisi at the end of a ski trip at Gudauri. Shota Rustavelli is next door to parliament and a short walk to the old town. In the lower floors of a beautiful apartment block, the hotel offers large elegant rooms (we were upgraded) with very comfortable beds, marble bathrooms and lovely finishes. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, helpful and recommended two great Georgian restaurants. The bar areas are pleasant and there is a large pool and small gym in the basement

Before I left, I checked into this hotel again. It might be the peak season, so the price increased by about 40%. The room was larger than before, which was okay. Breakfast is ok, and the supermarket downstairs is convenient. Not too far from the main attractions of the old town.

It was my first time in Georgia, I was with several friends. My expectations were high because Ramada is a global brand with a good reputation, but what I received was much more than what I expected. The hotel is located in the old town, not far from the center. The city itself is very beautiful, but the service at the hotel left the greatest impression. I lived there for 4 days and during these four days I remember one person of the reception staff, Arthur. This guy is a real diamond and a true professional in his field. The attention with which he treated us and how he was ready to help at any moment of the day or night was very pleasant as a guest and just as a human being.He booked restaurants for us, answered taxis to any questions and had pleasant conversations on other topics that interested us. Regarding the level of English in Georgia, his English is at the highest level. In addition to excellent staff, the hotel will offer excellent spa service, breakfast, underground parking, etc. In conclusion, I will say that these holidays paid off. I will definitely come back again, Ramada, I hope you will become even better, although it will be difficult because you are already super.

And I am glad when you can find a hotel at a comfortable price and with it, enjoy cleanliness, novelty, aesthetics. Going past and accidentally entering this hotel. And no regrets. I stayed in this hotel 1 week. All the staff are very good and polite. Best hotel for family to stay in Tbilisi city. Near by Carrefour super market, Pharmacy, metro station, bus station everything walkable distance.

Very central and close to all the sights. Lovely hotel, beautiful rooms and great facilities. Staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Could not have done more to help us. One small issue was that we ate breakfast later (9:45, it finished at 11) and often some of the buffet foods were empty and not being replaced. The bread wasn’t fresh and the fruit had been out a while. Having said that, we mentioned this to one of the staff and they did make the effort the following day to provide more of the foods that were out earlier which meant a lot to us. Very good stay- would definitely recommend!

Location: A minute walk from the hotel is a Begheli restaurant with a beautiful kitchen. The most beautiful Chavchavadze Avenue, on which you can conveniently reach the old city , the chic park of Wake with the rope road is in step-by-step access. Hospital at the top level, for which great thanks to the host of the hotel!!! Staff responsive, kind and always ready to come to help.. Many times helped, advised and made my rest even better! I highly delighted to recommend this hotel for rest, business trips and solemn events in your life!
