Had a great stay experience in Tbilisi, the staff is really amazing and helpful, they gave me the travel tips and routes about how to travel locally with the help of public transport. My sincere thanks to Ms. Maria for going next level to create a special list of the recommendations of the spots I should visit, she spent quite a lot time to help me out in the concerns. Other team members were really attentive and helpful as well. The room was upgraded as per my Gold member benefit and the welcome drinks were honoured without any say. Centrally located near to all the major spots of the city and public transport is just 200 metres away from the hotel . Definitely a must place to stay when in Tbilisi.

The hotel is not bad enough. Very convenient location. Metro Avlabari, mini-markets, cafes are all around. since the hotel is next to the carriageway, yes, the cars are heard, and especially at night the motorcyclists were worried, they clearly have no conscience to the surroundings.But it is a separate song. Rooms are worthy.Breakfasts are modest but always there will be something to have breakfast, the main time to come. Of the downsides, there is no towel for feet in the shower .

Good hotel. The location is great, looks nice, everything is neat, comfortable. Of the minuses - the windows to the street, it is quite noisy there, and even with the windows closed the noise is strong, it interferes at night. There was also a small crack on the back of the bed, this is not critical and does not affect functionality, it just exists. Otherwise everything is fine, I recommend the hotel

In fact, the hotel made a proper first impression. The entrance area looked very invited. But the joy was strongly in the limits when we visited the room and asked to get another room. It was with a mini window (46 cm wide x 27 cm high - photo) with view of a white wall of a building site at more than 26°C room temperature without contract air conditioning. In the hotel's internet presentation is described a ”view of the city” (photo) for our booked room. We have a different view of a city view. We only saw a stair. And we also looked forgettingly for the balcony. Now you could say there are not enough air conditioners in the hotel - far missing - on both sides of the building were many air conditioners visible (photo). In addition, only two rooms in this mini-window - all other rooms have normal and large windows - also have the rooms in the ground floor face to our room. We had to leave the room door open to the house stream to reach a little air circulation (photo). The other renter passed by, we had to buy. Is the view of the carpet climb the secured city view? Well hardly. Here we were misleadingly misleading. Normally we drink a cup of coffee as the first, which should be ready. So we made a second measurement for a few minutes, allowing a download rate of 0.16 Mbps and a upload of 4.36 Mbps. We used our own Sim card of the mobile provider to send at least some photos of the day to our home. When we saw the shower described, we were looking to bath. Good quality service, clean and tidy rooms with balconies and nice view on the city. Pleasant atmosphere with authentic Georgian feel with pomegranate trees around it. Has all necessary amenities, family friendly too. Full breakfast included. There is also computer with Internet available. Close to the downtown restaurants and shops with fresh Georgian fruits and vegetables. Highly recommend.

Stayed here in April 2019. The hotel is nice, clean, near the metro station, the excellent inexpensive restaurant nearby, the host tried to be welcoming. But I didn't like 2 things, so I take 2 stars. 1) When I picked the hotel on booking.com, the filter stood ”Breakfast included” - it is 100%. When I arrived it turned out that breakfast was not included. Well, God with it, little money. Just took the number easier. It turned out further to get the number at the price indicated on the booking site, pay in cash and on the day of check-in. If paying by card, the price is immediately different. It is as if nothing but warn you. 2) For 3 days staying at the hotel our room has never been cleaned. A little strange. Late in the evening, returning after a saturated day, do not want to solve the question why not removed, it is easier to take out the garbage and start resting. The next morning was late for the tour and there was no time to deal with it) and so all 3 days) That no one was Russian-/English-speaking on the respiratory, that's what. A small 3 star hotel that has very accommodating staff... makes the place feel homey. The rooms are small yet very clean. It is a few steps away from grocery shop Spar, restaurants, bakeries, souvenir shops, money exchange shop and the Freedom Square. Walkable distance to a mall, Rike Park and Bridge of Peace. There was a night that it seemed we were listening to a concert as there is a resto that has a gig in their outdoor seating area. What I love most is the breakfast. It made me feel it is cooked for a family.

Planning to stay for a few days in Tbilisi, we chose this hotel. Booked two rooms. Our flight arrived at 4 o'clock in the morning, but despite this, the manager and local cats were waiting for us at the hotel. We were offered rooms to choose from. Most of all I liked the rooms on the 3rd floor, they are more spacious and lighter. Just keep in mind that there is no elevator and a small wooden staircase leads to the third floor. Don't expect much from the window, everything around is quite densely built up. The hotel is in a quiet side street but very close to many attractions and cafes. The guys have a cozy outdoor veranda, apparently in the summer there are breakfasts. The rooms did not have a refrigerator, TV, kettle (if it is important for someone), but we did not need it. By the way, tea could be drunk at any time in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable, slippers were a plus. There is hot water, no problem. It was very warm in the room and we opened the window, otherwise stuffy. For cleaning, you need to hang a sign asking you to clean up. Breakfast: delicious, home-style, the table was set for our arrival. There were pancakes, two salads, toast, yogurt, cheese, jams, juice, tea, coffee, apples, sweets. Wifi is good.
