there are drunk people shouting in the common area and people asked have to stay in the room and management has done nothing about it

The location is perfectly near Liberty Square. There is easy access to the airport with bus 337 leading you directly to the airport.

Friendly and nice attitude

It was 9am in the morning and there was no one at the front desk. The Wi-Fi was often disconnected and the receptionist's English was very average. I booked a room on Ctrip and paid for it, but they still asked me to pay for the check-in. It was a bit difficult. I won't say it was discriminatory. Anyway, the experience was not good. The service! The taxi drove over and the sign was not obvious. The phone call was not connected. The most important thing was that the 4-person room had very poor sound insulation and the bed was creaky. The bathroom and shower were also average. I went directly to the hot spring. The latch and other things were also old.

Good things: Service is OK, bed has curtains, cooking is possible, location is close to Taksim Square, shuttle bus to and from the airport is available. Bad things: The bathroom smells bad, there are very few chopsticks or forks in the kitchen, it is inconvenient to wash clothes, blankets are not replaced in time and smell.

The location is good, on the slope opposite the opera house. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Freedom Square. Convenient transportation, you can walk to the old town. Quiet in the bustling city. During the day, you can hear the piano practice of the music school on the small street.

Men and women stay in the same room. The person working at the hotel was an Azerbaijani Turk, and since I was also Turkish, we got along well. The hotel is very iconic and has three toilets, a huge kitchen, very clean and very reasonable for the price.

The hostel is very clean, the toilets and showers are also very clean, and there is a shared kitchen. In fact, I wanted to cook Chinese food, but I didn't do it because I was afraid of disturbing other people's use. Because Chinese food is more complicated and troublesome to handle, and then when checking in , the hotel staff also carefully introduced me to the facilities and usage precautions of the house. Everything was very good, and the public area was also very comfortable. Maybe the WIFI signal was not very good if everyone was using it together.
