There is no one on site at the hotel. They made us wait 1h with a 5 month old baby and they never came. Funally I received text to find the key under à table. The atmosphere inside was terrible. In the morning we were bothered by a cleaner who didn't know we were there. In short, we were harassed by people who are not at all organized, who don't communicate with each other and who threatened us. And with à baby !!

They canceled our reservation 3 hours before check-in.Is it okay?At first, they promised to help us with accomodation,but no help from their side, they did not even answer my phone calls.Terrible service, do not recommend

A very, very bad hotel. I stayed in it for two days, and I could not bear any minute in it. Other than that, your reservation can be removed from Booking until you comment on their bad service; The room is bad without any ventilation window, the air conditioner was ruined from the first day without touching it and the employee did not respond to me and disappeared after 11 o’clock in the night. It is late and of course the dogs - dear God - who are homeless in the street at night, bark on the coming and going, and they can attack you, its price is cheap, but you regret it when you book it 👎👎

Рваные обои, в душе не сливается вода, ногами стоишь в мутной луже. Владелец пассивно агрессивный, всю дорогу у него какие-то проблемы были. Наврал зачем-то про номера, что там есть ванна, миникухня. Нет там ничего, ни стиралки ни прачечной ни ванны ни кухни. Плохое место
