The hotel has clean rooms and really nice staff but it has worst breakfast ever. Im going to share some photos of the breakfast, no bread, no fruits, even when we asked for s.th they didn’t charge it and told us it’s finished!!!! U r going to eat same repetitive things for rest of the days u r staying there!! Also I have to add that the rooms are really small.

We stayed at this hotel from March 18, 2024 until March 25, 2024. While the hotel’s location nestled in the foothills offers picturesque views, it also posed challenges for elderly guests who found it difficult to navigate the terrain. Beyond this, there are additional aspects I’d like to highlight: Negative Points: 1. Room Booking Discrepancy: Our original booking was for a twin bedroom for 7 nights, but upon arrival, we were given a tiny double bedroom. When I requested a change, the response was disappointing: "As you are staying for 7 nights, we can't do anything. If it were a shorter stay, we could definitely change your room." This meant we had to endure the discomfort for the entire duration of our stay. 2. Breakfast Quality: The breakfast experience was way below average. The selection was very limited, and the quality left much to be desired. The most disappointing aspect was the stale bread. It's disheartening to encounter such poor bread quality in a hotel located in a region known for its wine, cheese, and bread. Over the last 3 days, I had to buy fresh bread from a nearby bakery and took it to the restaurant. Even though the restaurant lady manager was trying hard to make it a better experience but it seemed to be out of her hands. 3. Butter Shortage: Over the last 3 days of our stay, the breakfast items dwindled further. There was a noticeable scarcity of fruits, and to our surprise, they ran out of butter. When we inquired about it, the response was that butter was no longer available. This lack of basic amenities was quite frustrating. Positive Points: 1. Cleanliness: On a positive note, the hotel was exceptionally clean. The cleaning staff worked diligently throughout the day to maintain a hygienic environment. 2. Helpful Receptionist: The lady at the reception, with red highlights in her hair, was truly helpful. Her assistance made our stay more pleasant. 3. Staff Friendliness: From what I observed, the staff members were generally helpful. However, it seems that the high-level management might need improvement. Overall, while the cleanliness and helpfulness of some staff members were commendable, the negative aspects significantly impacted our experience at the Adamo Hotel and I don't believe they deserve 4 stars. Hopefully, the management can address these issues to enhance future guests' stays.

Very congested room , asked for upgrade they will charge you the max . No basic amenities. For 2 people, they say we give 1 dental kit, basic amenties they dont provide, show faces if ask extra towels or water bottles where u r paying 200 $ for 1 night. We had to stay 3 days as it was paid in advance if not would not recommend this place to any 1. Staff are not clean, smelling even the rooms were smelling bad. Overall if there is 0, i would give that . No manners. Breakfast is the same every day, nothing changed except 1 thing in the very small buffet they provide. Coffee is too strong, if ask they say this what we have. Seriously cannot stop 😫.

The hotel is really beautiful. Misho at reception is very friendly and helpful, he made our stay become more comfortable. Lucifer the cat is a bonus for cat lover, you can enjoy the view while playing with this sweet gentleman.

The Adamo Hotel is a boutique property with a wonderful location overlooking the old city of Tbilisi backed by a large park with a gondola operation that takes you to the top of the mountain (or you can hike the ample trails). The exterior is reminiscent of a modern version of castle with corner rooms that look out over the city with spacious adjoining balconies. The views both night and day are well worth considering this hotel as a top choice. My insider tip is to book a room overlooking the city with the balcony. I found that I was able to easily walk down the hill to most of the cities major landmarks, but prepare for a cardio workout on the way back up. The walk down takes 15 minutes to the center square. Regarding food, the hotel serves a reasonably good breakfast with 180 degree views of the city below. If for nothing else, to simply sit outside and enjoy the view with a fresh cup of coffee is worth it. Eating out is a breeze...walk any direction and pick between cafes, restaurants, and shops. The staff were always helpful and quickly recognized you to tailor their service. I found them quite friendly and happy to answer questions regarding the city. My room was made up daily and very clean and neat. The bathrooms were modern and clean sporting both a rain style shower head and hand held sprayer. The showers also had great water pressure and quickly heated or cooled at all hours. The water in Tbilisi is safe and potable.

My husband and I are currently on our honeymoon. Despite this hotel being located far from the tourist attractions, we decided to book it due to its view of the city. However, upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that our room had a view of the reception area. When I requested a room change, the receptionist refused. Prior to booking, my husband had read reviews warning of potential bug problems at this hotel. Unfortunately, these warnings proved true as we found bugs.
