Tbilisi View Hotel

Excellent service from Giga. He made sure we had everything we needed, helped us with food orders and bolt taxi everyday. He’s friendly and makes you feel at home. The room is nice also, clean bathroom. Great value for money and highly recommended ❤️

This is a gem of a hotel. Came because of the view, stayed extra 3 nights because of the convenience, breakfast, comfy warm room, and generous care of host and owner Giga. He runs a proper customer-oriented, non-boring-chain hotel where guests are first. From the ever changing breakfast buffet (8 to 10), the all day and night free espresso machine coffee, and tea, to the clean and tidy bedrooms, this place is outstanding. Arrived with no local GEL (Lari), so Giga lent me 5 lari to catch Bolt to the best exchange booth in town. The lounge breakfast area is great to see over the city if you get the cheapest rooms with no view. The old city is very varied with bakeries everywhere. There are 2 bus stops right next to hotel so we got Metromoney cards and traveled all over city easily. The staff are so friendly here, helpful and kind. One of a kind hotel. Even had some free wine from Giga. Highly recommended for a beautiful stay anytime of year!

Giga was exceptionally helpful. The cook was very friendly, she observed my eating habits and guided me of what I should eat (only Halal food). The location is very good as well, there are two bus stops at a walking distance. Perhaps the only drawback is the size of the room; it is tiny and the fact that there was no window and to have a room with a window I had to upgrade!

Owner of the hotel is the best. Super view, breakfast and staff. Good location near to the old town. Nice and comfortable room. Blackout curtain helps to sleep well. Pleasant personnel. 24/7 free coffee

I chose a hotel with a view of the city.Nice and comfortable room.Make a delicious breakfast.Friendly staff..There is a funicular nearby.Since it is located on a hill , we go down the small streets of the old town to the metro station .Very convenient location.I will definitely come back again.♥️

Great staff, Beautiful city view , tasty breakfast and comfortable , clean rooms . to old town you can go on foot or take taxi , good location . Perfect time in Tbilisi . i highly recommend this hotel !

Pros: - Breathtaking views over Tbilisi city just like the hotel promises - Clean rooms - Very helpful and friendly owners, helped us install local Uber-like app so we could get around easily Cons: - The room was freezing because the heaters were not working, so we were very cold and couldn't sleep at all. They did send a maintenance team to fix the heater but they were in and out all morning and it didn't feel like a holiday anymore. - Duvets were too small and light considering the cold temperature - TV was not working - Breakfast was very poor quality and the free coffee tasted like chemicals - There was no hot water in the shower on the second day because of the heater problem. Note: We were only offered another room after suffering two cold sleepless nights, and it was in the basement level. On our third and last day, we moved to another hotel to save our trip. Our experience could have been a one-off as these things happen sometimes. However, I wish they handled it differently and quickly offered us another similar room with a working heater.
