Beautiful room, with a balcony. Continental breakfast was amazing. Hotel has a roof top terrace with city views, to walk around. Overall, a great place for couples.

Everything started well. I booked two rooms in this hotel for one night through the Ostrovok.ru website in August. Paid in advance. Confirmation came, everything was OK. We arrive at the hotel about 9 p.m. (September, 5). Tired, hungry and with suitcases. At the Reception, we are met hotel employee who informs us that he cannot move us into the rooms, as some of them are not ready to receive guests, and others are busy. He also said that Hotel wrote to us late last night to warn us about this problem, but he could not explain exactly where this e-mail or notification. After telling us this "wonderful" news, the employee with an absolutely indifferent face began to say that he did not know what we shouls do. And overbooking is anyone's fault, just not the hotel's. As a result, we had to drive around Tbilisi for another couple of hours in search of a place to stay for the night. We connected with Ostrovok.ru, but they answered only in the morning. They just returned our money.

Jazz hotel seems very competitive among other hotels in Georgia, aside from their unique hotel theme which is "JAZZ ". That you'll enjoy once you enter their reception. A classic musical instruments like saxophone, bass, guitar and drum set that you can play will welcome you. Alex is one of the most accommodating front office staff that will help you a lot, from check in to check out. The other staff also from housekeeping and for those who prepare our breakfast is also exceptional. Rooms are spacious and clean. The balcony is wonderful and superb with the almost entire view of Tbilisi. I highly recommend this hotel and ill comeback soon. Worth give a try for those who are budget conscious, for a short family or couple vacation.

I really liked this hotel. I gave it 5 points, but it deserves 100. Clean, cozy, comfortable. Comfortable at home. Such comfortable beds, such soft and fluffy blankets 👍 There are irons and ironing boards on each floor. If necessary, you can order laundry. I was especially pleased with the kitchen. I've been here for a long time, every day there's something new for breakfast. And compotes, and baked sweets, and fruits, hot dishes. I have never seen such a variety of breakfasts anywhere. All employees are friendly and hospitable. The feeling that you are visiting family and not at a hotel. The location is not in the very center, but convenient.
