The hotel is nicely situated right in front of a small park and within a short walking distance of Fabrika. Upon arrival, the concierge was very kind and welcoming. The room was huge and very clean. The walls and floors were somewhat thin, so it did get a little noisy sometimes. Breakfast was wonderful (they provide you a form when you arrive and let you choose preferred breakfast items). I'm looking forward to staying here again when I return :)

My wife and I stayed at this hotel and we did not like it. Meager and monotonous breakfasts, broken equipment, constant absence of staff at reception, no fridge or safe. The staff is not interested in making sure that the guests have a good experience at the hotel. We were so disappointed with the service that we left the hotel 2 nights early and informed the staff of the reasons for this decision. However, the hotel did not confirm payment of compensation for unused booking nights. In addition, the hotel offered to organize transport from the airport for 80 GEL, in fact we paid 40 GEL for a transfer from the booking office, and later we paid 20-30 GEL for a taxi to the airport. I do not recommend this hotel and I am really sorry that we believed the reviews and were forced to pay for two hotels on the last nights of our stay in Tbilisi.

The reception ladys were very friendly girls, the hotel is very clean, but the rooms are quite cramped, and there is a permanent bad smell in the bathroom only, but in general the place is perfect for the price, the breakfast was very good, you choose what you want and they prepare it in the morning.

First, the price for location, near the city square but far enough to the noise of the streets. then the staff, the twins.. They are very hospitable and helpful and you will feel their genuine desire to make you feel comfortable and at home. They even offered us to come back to the hotel to wait for our airport taxi even though we checked out already. The breakfast is also good. We will definitely come back and stay here again. Madlova

I stayed in this lovely place more than one year (yes year). It is a perfect place to spent your days in Tbilisi, very close to the most popular places like old town, Fabrika or high quality restaurants and cafes. The staff of the hotel lovely, every time very helpful and caring. I felt as a member of the family during my stay.

Не понравилось практически ничего. Завтраки, которые так расхваливали в отзывах, оказались просто никакими. Каждый день одно и то же: яйца, сэндвич с ломтиком докторской колбасы и ломтиком сыра, маленький йогурт "Нежный", мюсли, масло, чай/кофе, стакан непонятного, вроде бы яблочного сока, иногда бывали нарезанные помидоры/огурцы. Менялся только способ приготовления яиц (вареное, глазунья, омлет) и время подачи. В нашем номере неправильно работала душевая лейка, вода текла одним потоком как в водопаде, мы попросили поменять лейку, но никакой реакции не последовало. (Мы пошли сами купили новую лейку за 200 р на период своего пребывания, так что цена хорошего впечатления от сервиса - 200 р). У нас был двухэтажный номер, на втором этаже, как выяснилось, высота потолка примерно 160 см, не было холодильника и сейфа. На третий день такого отдыха мы попросили поменять номер на освободившийся улучшенный с доплатой. На что нам сказали, что сами ничего сделать не могут, мы должны отменить бронирование и забронировать новый номер. У нас было невозвратное бронирование, поэтому совет был так себе. В итоге походив вокруг кровати с поджатыми головами, посидев на одном единственном стуле мы плюнули и уехали в другой отель. При досрочном выезде нас спросили о причине, мы ответили, что не удовлетворены отелем, на что последовал вопрос по их это вине или у нас изменились планы, тут комментировать по-моему нечего. Ещё отмечу, что две маленькие бутылочки воды предоставляют только при заселении, чайные пакетики тоже если и кладут, то очень редко. Поэтому название отеля не соответствует действительности)) Из хорошего в отеле отмечу тишину, хорошую вентиляцию в ванной комнате, нормальную работу wifi.
